1. The room has not so much fresh air.
No air conditioner in June anyway...
It's hot at night time..
The room a little smell no good.
But easy check in and check out

This has to be one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed, the room was clean yes but the heat was unbearable there was no way of cooling the room no air conditioning no fans yes premier inn think the is acceptable unable to sleep due to the heat. Spoke to management on site they directed to the customer service who were as much help as a chocolate tea pot kept sprouting the terms that air conditioning is not included but there should be away of getting some air movement even the windows don't open more than 3 inches. Yet not being able to sleep does not or is not included in their good night guarantee. We won't be using premier inn again and will also advise my company not to use them and as they book usually in excess of 300 rooms per year their loss. DON'T US THIS COMPANY

Its 2023. air conditioning is a must. Don't sublet car park to thieving debt companies who fine you even though you registered your vehicle to stay. Reception never answer the phone Maintain all services Stayed for a funeral. Rooms stiflingly hot didn't sleep at all. Brewers Fayre next door needs a good clean. The hot Breakfast was cold and took ages even though it quiet.

Fantastic hotel really spoiled by the restaurant. Some great restaurants attached to premier inns but this one is appalling. If you’re staying here grab your evening meal elsewhere!!!! Hotel itself is great, quite dated but clean and really friendly staff with plenty of parking

Food excellent service in the evening exceptional. Rooms clean and comfortable. Check in and out very smooth. Plenty parking. We were perhaps lucky that we had a ground floor room as our daughters who had a first floor bedroom considered it too warm albeit the room had a fan.

We stayed here in a family room. Every member of staff was so polite and accommodating. The room was a good size and was quiet. Also location is great short drive to the Trafford centre will be staying again soon

The Sale Premier Inn is placed between 2 main roads so is rather noisy, but there is no air conditioning so you need to open the window, which lets in noise and fumes. I didn't like this. The hotel is tired, exterior woodwork shabby, but interior of room was as expected and the usual comfy bed. Staff were pleasant enough. Breakfast was ordered off the menu rather than provided on hotplates which I thought was better as it was fresh cooked, but the quality of ingredients is not high. There was a lack of staff in the breakfast area. There was no coffee choice - just filter coffee although this was ok. Car parking is on site and free, but rather limited for the hotel side and the spaces are tight. Overall ok for one night but would not want to stay longer due to limitations of room comfort. Also wifi very poor, one has to pay extra for any capacity beyond extremely basic, which I think is misleading as they claim 'free wifi' but it's inadequate for almost every internet use you could think of. Therefore there is no real free wifi.

Great hotel, helpful staff, good location, free parking. All good……..apart from the fact the room was boiling, no air con really lets this hotel down, a fan in the room doesn’t do the trick in a modern hotel. This was end of May 16 degrees outside but 25 in the room, must be unbearable in hot weather. No issue with anything else at the hotel just the temperature

Very good Premier Inn, excellent value with clean rooms that have had some updates done in recent years. Lighting for example is nicer than older ones and the bathroom fittings were all nice. All of the staff were really friendly and helpful. Only drawback is the air conditioning which does not cool the room - it’s for heating only. So for hotter nights you’re left with a small window opening and fans if they provide them. Proper AC would make this place truly excellent for the price.

Hotel was lovely, reception staff very helpful. Requested softer pillows & were delivered within minutes to our room. Locked ourselves out 🤦♀️ no problem, gave us new keys. Food at pub - kids meal was very very small, only a few chips had to order separate portion. Adult meals good & wine was great! Very clean, service abit slow. Car park was very busy, had to park in pub car park. No problems though. Did visit on bank holiday, so over all very good 2 nights stay. Weekend shopping in Trafford centre, very easy to get to & from. Highly recommended for central Manchester

I stayed on Saturday night and experienced the comfortable bed. The shower was very good too. I had both an evening meal and breakfast, both of which were tasty.

Staff threatening and aggressive. Room didn't have the sofa in, big empty space. Cleanliness was ok but overall avoid at all costs

Australia was cooler than this room, it was like the heating was on constantly. No air conditioning, the window was only able to be opened half an inch and a useless fan that could barely create a light breeze, blowing hot air at me. Zero sleep! Avoid if the outside temperature is above 10 degrees

Well let's start on a positive note. Room was very large and spacious situated at the far right end of the building and adjoining the restaurant it seems. Comfortable beds with fluffy pillows and a nice size TV. However, a banging noise was coming from some kind of generater from the restaurant in the mornings and late at night! Also the carpark was filled which humongous pots holes that were in various places as you enter...which needs addressing ASAP!!! Now let's talk about the reception we got when booking in. Well very poor from a middle aged lady with a fringe and hair tied back who was very impolite when we requested extra coffee/tea/sugar etc for our room on arrival. Infact she just dumped the whole lot on her counter without putting them into a bag for us, to take to our room, whilst carrying heavy bags and suitcases for our overnight stays. Then proceeded to talk to someone on the phone! This I found very rude as we felt she didn't have time for us. Infact the day before we left we asked a lovely man on reception for a few more milks/teas etc and he kindly gave us more than we needed and put them all in a plastic bag. And told us to ask if we needed anything else. I would have given our stay 1 star if it wasn't for this lovely older male receptionist! This lady receptionist also lied when we asked to be in a quiet room, and told us that there was a motorway at the back so the room at the front we were given was better. But there was NO motorway at the back when we left!!!:-/ Sadly we won't be returning!!!!!
