納魯瓦倫西亞精品房(Nalu Valencia Boutique Rooms)

Great location, 4 minute stroll from the Metro line from the airport, 50m from a beautiful square, minutes from loads of attractions, bike hire next door, cafes, bars, etc. all around. Nespresso machine (new pods and water and biscuits each day), comfy bed, quiet and safe. I had an issue at check-in that was quickly and painlessly resolved by ******* and the Hotel. Great service. Really nice en-suite and a nice room all round (room 4). Amazing value for money.

Entrance isn't the best but overall location was good. Air-con - only came on for an hour and then you had to press to re-start. Not great at over 30 degrees! Noise - so loud at night! I think there is a hostel above, so when they all came in at 3am is was very loud! Walls also very thin. We could hear every word of the next room's conversation... at 2am! Overall ok - but definitely not BOUTIQUE!!!

Good location. But i would not qualify it as “boutique hotel”. This is a typical no-frills hotel. Bed is comfy and rooms are clean, but rooms are really tiny and i mean super tiny. Ok perhaps for single traveller, but even then i feel a little claustrophobic. You definitely will hear other hotel guests walking up & down. The decor of the walkway is a little… eeerrmm… overly industrial or cell-like. The self check-in system is nice, but would be better if it is an addition to a serviced reception instead. I did not pick this hotel. Would i stay again? Most likely not.

Unbeatable location!!!! Large and comfortable room with excellent amenities. Check in was easy and quick and excellently explained in the email we received beforehand. We were able to leave bags at the office on our last day so we could finish our sightseeing and it was easy to find and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend the Nalu boutique rooms!

Definitivamente las imágenes que promocionan son las de la habitación que si corresponden. Pero para poder acceder a la propiedad tienes que ingresar a un pasillo común, que lo comparte con un hostal y otro comercio. Te aseguro que si suben una foto de adentro de ese pasillo nadie lo reserva. Suben un por fuera, donde no se aprecia. Es horrible e inseguro. El proceso de check inn es complicado en una maquina de autoservicio. Nunca pude obtener una segunda llave para mi esposa. Al llegar al piso de la propiedad, todas las luces están apagadas, tienes que ingresar al pasillo obscuro, para que se enciendan, una experiencia terrorífica. Hay un número telefónico que es muy útil, la persona que te contesta es muy resolutiva, pero en mi opinión no compensa, lo anteriormente descrito. Decidimos perder nuestro dinero y cambiarnos a otro hotel, muy pero muy recomendable a 100 mts, Hotel Meliá Plaza El Ayuntamiento

Muy bien, al principio tenia un poco de recelo por no haber personal en recepción pero me lleve una grata sorpresa a ver lo intuitivo que era todo, con lo que me gusto mucho la privacidad, la tranquilidad y la facilidad de realizar los trámites y el acceso a la habitación. Conclusión: un 10 como estancia! Además que la habitación me pareció maravillosa con una excelentísima limpieza y presentacion

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel 2 notti situato nella città vecchia, esattamente in prossimità della piazza Ayuntamento quindi centralissimo, stanza spaziosa bella e pulitissima. Il giorno dell' dell'arrivo ho ricevuto un codice per entrare nell'edificio poi ho fatto il Chek in facile e veloce, possibilità di lasciare i bagagli sia all'arrivo che alla partenza. Per qualsiasi problema c'è un recapito telefonico efficientissimo. Direi più che soddisfatta!!!!

Not a “boutique” hotel. More like a fancy prison. No views from the room except the common area. Only one window. Rooms and building are weird, dark decor and felt “heavy”. Rooms are way smaller than excepted and what I assumed from the photos. Self-serve and no front desk. Room were clean and cleaning staff did a great job. Noise isolation at night isn’t great, as you can hear people rolling their baggages and walking. Needed to use sleeping masks because of some bright lights in the room. Location is very good.

Tolle Lage an der Fußgängerzone. Das Einchecken am Automaten hat gut geklappt, ebenso der Code für den Türöffner. Für uns eine neue Erfahrung so ganz ohne „menschlichen Kontakt“ aber alles ok. Falls man vor 14:00 eintrifft sollte man das Hotel informieren um vorab seinen Zugangscode zu erhalten. Do und Fr Nacht war die angrenzende Diskothek geöffnet, wir sind davon nicht aufgewacht oder wurden durch die Gäste gestört, sollte man aber bedenken wenn man geräuschempfindlich ist. Lage ist super und es gibt unzählige nette kleine Restaurants etc die man alle in wenigen Minuten erreichen kann. Valencia ist eine tolle Stadt und auch mit dem Fahrrad prima zu erkunden. Wir hatten Bikes im Shop neben dem Hotel einen Tag vorab reserviert und sind auf den guten Fahrradstraßen und Wegen bis zum Hafen und den Strand raufgeradelt. Eine schöne Woche liegt hinter uns und wir werden bestimmt nochmal wieder kommen.
