森林度假別墅飯店(Hotel Villa de Flores)

Estube de visita en Uruapan Michoacán, y me recomendaron el hotel villa de flores, de verdad es un lugar para descansar, tiene un enfoque colonial, yo me enamore, es muy típico de este lugar, la recepcionista en cargada me atendió super bien, tiene servicio de internet abierto no ocupas andar consiguiendo contraseña, de verdad me enamore, siempre que venga a este lugar, llegaré aquí.

1) Excelente ubicación. 2) Muy incómodo el estacionamiento: queda a 2 cuadras y cada quien toene que estar abriendo y cerrando, porque no hay encargado. 3) El cuarto que nos tocó tenía fuga de agua en el baño y no se corrigió. 4) Hubo un evento con un huésped que tuvo que ser arrestado y cargado a una patrulla: fue muy mal gestionado por la Administrado del hotel.

Tengan cuidado son unos abusivos. Hice reservación de 3 habitaciones por 2 noches cada una por medio de *********** y por una razón de salud no pude asistir. Intenté cancelar o al menos cambiar de fecha. Por teléfono te dicen que debes hacerlo por la plataforma. En la plataforma se negaron y cobraron el TOTAL DE LAS DOS NOCHES. No el "no show" de una noche que se acostumbra. Puede que esté en las condiciones de la plataforma, pero vale la pena que lo consideren. CUIDADO.

Images tell more than words They gave us a room on the 2nd floor, so hot, the "hotel" doesn't have AC, and no fan. We asked for a change to a room at 1st floor, maybe not that hot. They refused with the argument that we already used the bathroom; maybe for the next night it was possible. Incredible!!. If you go on summer or winter it would be impossible to sleep without AC or heating After 7pm, the room was mosquito infested, we couldn't sleep. I asked for an insecticide and They Had it!, maybe they know about the problem. Imagine spraying all the room, even the bed and then go to sleep on it. For the 2nd night they changed our room, but we asked around 2pm because we were in a tour, and again they said "You should had ask before 12, before the cleaning". Our faces were so angry that they said, "OK, go for you stuff and don't use the bathroom, here's your key for a room on the 1st floor". And guess what, the room had not been cleaned! the dead mosquitoes still were there! OK, the new room had no mosquitoes and it wasn't hot Very little water pressure in the shower Only 1 outlet located in the bathroom, so it was difficult to charge phones and tablet Towel was torn, I don't need a new one, but a hole gives a bad image Hard beds, awful pillows And if it was not enough, they made an additional charge to my card for a reservation of one night for the same day, my reservation was for 2 nights, I never reserved for 1. I told them 2 days before my arrival about this charge, they only said, "No, no, my accountant says that we didn't make it". I sent a screenshot of my bank movements, and at the last day, after we left, they called me and said, "Oh, yes, there was a charge for 1 night, please give me an account number to deposit the money back". I think if I hadn't insisted they would have never returned my money. The ladies on reception were kind, but it doesn't matter if the hotel service is awful.

The beds are rock hard.It was difficult to sleep .The beds were the most uncomfortable in all of Mexico.
