Take a walk around the expansive property, stop to watch the fish in the pond, or relax by the gazebo under the giant oak trees- whatever you choose you are bound to leave relaxed and refreshed.The house is a magnificent 16 room mansion with luxurious finishings and amenities. You'll find gorgeous crystal chandeliers, beautiful refinished hardwood, several large sitting rooms, three original fireplaces, and plenty of kitchen and dining space. In addition to the three spacious suites and four large additional bedrooms there's an entire master wing/bedroom with a marble floor entertaining space, private sitting room, spacious bedroom and huge his and her bathrooms. Please note, absolutely no more than 18 guests are allowed on the property at any time. This is strictly enforced. The really great thing is although it feels as if you've disconnected from daily life you're always just a short drive to all the best that Lancaster County has to offer. And should you decide to leave for a bit (we won't blame you at all if you don't) you'll find all kinds of great shopping, restaurants, and attractions nearby. You're less than 10 minutes from Rockvale and Tanger outlets, Dutch Wonderland, and endless restaurant options along Route 30. Fifteen minutes from Sight and Sound Theaters and only 20 minutes from downtown Lancaster where you'll find lots of really great restaurants, bars, and coffee shops.Because it is a rural area, please be respectful to the neighborhood. We ask that there be no loud music, parties, or fireworks during your stay.The property is expansive (60 acres) so there are stables and a small ranch home on the property that isn't for guest use. Please do not trespass in the stables at any time and respect the family living in the home's privacy (as I'm sure they will yours). However, everything pictured plus more is exclusively for your use during your stay.The floor plan is as follows:FIRST FLOOR:Kitchen with seating for eight at the table and 3 barstools. Camper with beautiful view . Very private camper set behind our workshop facing farmland beautiful sun sets and healthy garden to pick from when in season . Gas bbq grill & charcoal smoker on back porch for your enjoyment . 2 coolers on back porch for more water/drinks room . big deck to sit down and have lunch or dinner, after shopping all day and seeing sights the camper is peaceful and quiet away from crowds . owner will not disturb you at all , 2 zero gravity chairs , patio dinning set , gas grill filled tank , and fire pit , solar lights .1mile from grocery store , Amish bulk food store , dollar general , bakeries . 2 miles from bird-in-hand bakery and farmers market , balloons go up on old philly pike you can watch that in the evening up close . We leave coffee and some condiments so you don’t have to run out early . 1dz of our Amish neighbors farm fresh eggs and we will direct you to ice cream and pretzels around the corner out in the country 1.5 miles a vegetable stand that we love 3 miles away and so many other hidden treasures. House is on a culdisack small neighborhood great for families . Two minute walk to a great brewery and restaurant funcks. You will see alot of Amish buggys in our area and horses. We're only 30 minutes to hershey park. There is a basketball hoop on the culdisack great neighborhood for kids to play safely.
