阿勒達拉汽車旅館(Ulladulla Motel)

Just stating the facts here. No one at the reception and received a text with the wrong room number from hotel manager/owner, attempt to open the door only to see someone from inside opened the door and said it's their room (with a shocked face). Had to call the manager/owner for the correct room number. It was 2:30pm (check-in is 2pm), we had to wait for the cleaner to finish cleaning. We did receive an apology while waiting in the open yard while the cleaner rushed and cut short of cleaning tasks so that they don’t keep us waiting for too long. Not to mention it was cold and windy. When checking out, again no reception, had to call the manager/owner to ask how/where to return the room key card. We are regular travellers (both business and leisure), never had a disappointing experience in 20 years until this place. A total lack of communication and wrong information given when communicated. Not what we expected when paying a $400 per night stay.

I was dissapointed that there was only the cold 24 hour box to greet you. There were a number of quite terse warning comments. The motel is on the main road and really is quite noisy. The standard of the room for the price is good and comes with a decent sized TV.

We didn't even get checked in and had to find another motel. We paid on Wotif. We got there at 5pm, there were no stff on site. Even though it says it is staffed till 6pm. We had no check in code for the self check in. We rang the buzzer and left messages. I rang the emergency mobile and the land line. To no avail..! As we were standing outside and it was windy and raining, we left to find another motel. I eventually received a phone call from Brie i think her name was. Telling me there was issues with telstra... anyway it was to late and we would've been sitting in our car for hours waiting for that czll. I expect a full refund.

Everything was good they were very helpful, very clean I would recommend to friends to stay there and I would stay there again.

Good communication. Clean, renovated room. Slept 3 adults but was very cramped. No sink in the bathroom. Very expensive for what it was, I guess due to being Xmas holidays. Would only recommend a short stay, max 1-2 people.

All worked well. We were just overnight and was very convenient just to walk to the coffee shop. I only found odd to have the kitchen sink as the ones in bathrooms.

Rooms are small, although the beds are nice and comfortable. Check-in was troublesome. The front office closes at 6PM and you need to provide them with credit card details in order to get access to the room. When we arrived the code for the key box would not work. Not a biggie, just annoying.

Was the cleanest & best I have stayed at for a long time. Checkin was from a remote location & was nice & helpful. The way of the future & all good.
