Just stating the facts here. No one at the reception and received a text with the wrong room number from hotel manager/owner, attempt to open the door only to see someone from inside opened the door and said it's their room (with a shocked face). Had to call the manager/owner for the correct room number. It was 2:30pm (check-in is 2pm), we had to wait for the cleaner to finish cleaning. We did receive an apology while waiting in the open yard while the cleaner rushed and cut short of cleaning tasks so that they don’t keep us waiting for too long. Not to mention it was cold and windy. When checking out, again no reception, had to call the manager/owner to ask how/where to return the room key card. We are regular travellers (both business and leisure), never had a disappointing experience in 20 years until this place. A total lack of communication and wrong information given when communicated. Not what we expected when paying a $400 per night stay.
