As a gesture of goodwill, we offered you dinner at our Korean Restaurant, but you preferred to dine at our rooftop Sky Lounge, which we agreed to, although the booking was later missed.Your reservation was for two nights, and during your stay, our housekeeping staff could not clean your room because the door was double-locked. 수도에선 녹물로인해 씨뻘건 물로 악취가 심해 샤워를 할 수 없었고, 찬물만 니오는 최악의 상황 이었습니다. 에어컨 역시 가동이 되지않아 낮엔 쪄죽고 밤엔 에어컨 소음이 심하고 엉망인 호텔입니다. 그리고 옆방인지 모르겠지만 소음이 심해 불편했으며 위와같은 상황을 리셉션에게 말했을때 그들은 나의 컨플레인을 묵살했던 최악의 호텔이었다
