店員特別好，還送糖果給小朋友，就在湖邊，房間很舒適，雖然沒有早餐，但是有廚房，可以自己做早餐晚餐，吃完湖邊遛彎很方便，水很熱乎，房間也大。

預訂都沒訂到帶衞生間的房子，這個地方住宿很緊張。

基礎設施比較差

주방에 요리 도구들이 하나도 없고 세제도 없으니 챙겨오시길 바랍니다. 샤워실 바닥이 타일도 아니고 그냥 쌩 돌바닥이라 당황스러웠습니다. 방은 정말 따뜻하고 좋았어요. 밤에 오면 조명이 아예 없어서 방 찾아가기가 어렵습니다.

Great place to stay and spacious room. We checked in late and the key was broken. The person working there attended to us immediately even though it was out of ihours and late in the evening.

Unico punto a suo favore, la distanza non eccessiva dal lago e la posizione favorevole per arrivare al trek sul monte Cook. Appena sufficiente lo spazio per la cucina, dove tra l'altro l'igiene latitava. Molto ristretto lo spazio nel cubo alloggio. Solo per una notte.

Very disappointing. A lakeside resort? Hardly, our powered site was miles from the lake and near the entrance road. The site was tatty with many abandoned vans. There was no map provided showing us to our pitch and it was very difficult to find. This campsite was more expensive than many others but Wi-Fi came at an extra cost. Showers were dirty and dinghy and it was noisy until late at night. Not recommended.

We box in and stay three nights. The staff are friendly and helpful. This time we were in one of the cube cabins was very clean and beds were great. Close to a beautiful lake lovely to walk around great cooking kitchen clean toilets and showers.

We stayed in a campervan on a powered site. We were very reluctant to use the power because of the state of the power box. The grounds were very untidy, we didn't use the showers because they were dirty with spider webs & pine needles hanging off the vents. There were a lot of unused caravans on site with their gazebos & bbqs blown over and left. It was the dearest camp site on our week long trip and by far the worst.

We stayed 2 nights but only had 24 hours of WiFi. The office was closed when I went to ask for the next 24 hours. I had work to do and could not do it. There should be a way to have WiFi for the entire stay.

Overall the stay was great and most of the staff were friendly and hospitable apart from an encounter with one lady who works there who really let them down. The heater in our room wasn’t working and since it was -4 degrees we went to ask if there was a spare one we could please use. The office had closed about 20-30 mins prior but we were freezing so we went to ask if they might have a spare one to heat our room with. We didn’t think that this would be a big ask, however it definitely turned out to be. One of the staff greeted one of our group by abusively pulling the fingers at them through her window, she hadn’t even asked what was wrong but once one of us said we were cold she started clapping. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behaviour, if you can’t be nice and don’t like people why are you working in hospo? Really appalling behaviour and such a let down as the rest of the staff were really great and helpful & the spot is in an epic location. Recommend if you need help with anything, don’t ask this lady!

Visited Twizel for the night to see the incrediable hore frost that was happening, great night friendly lady served us, went out to see the frozen trees and on return found the water to our room also frozen, when I advised the office it was a quick search through the rooms only to find the biggest room the wine room with running water. A quick transfer of room no additional charge . Host was very apologetic but could not hold the weather against them and they were so accommodating upgrading us to the bigger room.

Beautiful Motel unit overlooking the Lake. Every thing was spotless and such comfortable beds, and the unit so lovely and warm. Great attention was give to every thing supplied in this unit. This was our first visit with my sister from UK for my birthday and what a wonderful warm welcome we were given on arrival by a young gentleman. Will sure return
