The staff is exceptional ! Melissa the assistant manager, Marissa the evening desk clerk and Kayla (sp?) the night shift clerk were so friendly and courteous and accommodating..... We'll be back !

Lage , Zimmer war gut. Leider Bestand das Frühstück mit Kaffee,Tee , Muffins und Riegel,was für uns kein Frühstück ist! Bus in der Nähe.

The room was disgusting and dirty. The staff was not very helpful. This hotel seems to cater to the homeless population and the activities that go along with that. I did not feel very safe. Would not recommend this hotel at all

Not an extended stay. No dishes in the kitchen and no soap in the shower. Management is cutting costs by not supplying the expected amenities. Trust me, find someplace else to stay.

Ample parking on the sides. Grab and go breakfast which includes oats, muffins and coffee.

No luggage cart or ice machine. Low water pressure. Breakfast was a joke. Overall, barely adequate.

The staff was so mean and rude. First room smelled of cat pee. We moved to another room that smelled like mold. There was ***** hair on the toilet. Everything was old. When asking for towels i put that and trash can in the hall as worker was passing. She said you have to bring dirty towels to front for more. And the trash room is there!....had to throw out my own trash.

The property is dated, but the room was clean and staff friendly.

Due in part to being pet-friendly, this otherwise nice facility is rough, with finishes, especially carpeting worn and dirty in common areas; with other minor damage in guest units. There is a lot of noise in the building, at least until about 10 or 11 pm, when some of the building exhaust fans seem to turn off. The in-unit refrigerators and through-wall HVAC units are nice conveniences, but moderately noisy when running. The kitchenettes are handy, but you will have to check-out dishes from the front desk.
