圖森大學公園萬豪飯店(Tucson Marriott University Park)

Very noisy. Outside noises from partying and later made sleep nearly impossible. Otherwise, all staff were excellent, breakfast was very good and interior also very good. Unfortunate that stairs were difficult to use and decidedly industrial.

Waited 10-15 minutes at check in to get valet to check in my car. Asked for it to be ready early next morning. After texting service for car before leaving room and 12 minutes prior to going downstairs. Still waited 20 more minutes outside for car. Then luckily guy ahead of me moved his car or I would have been sandwiched in between multiple cars. Park in the garage yourself. Would be much easier all around.

We didn't get our room until 9pm the day we checked in because they had the other basketball team staying there and they didn't checkout until 4pm and then they had to clean all those rooms. They did end up giving us some free drinks and appetizers and upgraded our room, but was very inconvenient that we had to wait so long for our room to be ready.

Restaurant staff (young lady) was very friendly and helpful. Male desk clerk at checkout was very helpful and valets were very helpful as well. Young lady at checkin desk needs training. Not communicative at all.

I can’t rate this hotel. Our reservation was cancelled by the hotel because they had a guest who had issues with their room and so the hotel gave them our room before we checked in the hotel. The hotel was completely full so they had to put us up in an adjacent hotel. Be careful when using a third party to book your hotels. Your reservation can be cancelled by the hotel sometimes! I had heard that things like this happen but I didn’t believe it until it happened to us.

Didn't like that they played music all night and it was fairly loud. Woke me up a few times. Called the front desk They said they would turn it down but did not.

No free coffee just 2 pods in room 1 cup each not enough no coffee downstairs for people staying also no water in rooms ,bed asked for king reservation was for king ,got 2 gueens and very uncomfirtable ill never stay there again
