John the hist was simply magnificent, Margaret and Nigel where adorable, this is one of the best fuest houses we have ever stayed at and we have traveled the world, breakfast was sublime cooked to perfection, wish we could have stayed longer 😀.

We stayed one night and truly enjoyed our visit. The owner, John greeted us as we parked our car and immediately made you feel at home. This is a unique B&B with interesting art, figurines, etc. Unlike any other B&Bs we stayed at which made it even more fun! We enjoyed a visit with John on the patio before heading to dinner at a restaurant he recommended! Beds were comfortable, bathroom was spotless and we loved the big fluffy towels! Breakfast was delicious! We will definitely stay again if we are in the area!

John was the perfect host - attentive, earnest, and a great chef. The property was lovely, the room was marvelous, and the bed was perfect. The patio space was great for a late evening drink and an early morning breakfast. If our travels take us back this way, this is where we will stay!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at the Gardner Farm Inn. We stayed in the stunning and eclectic John Waters room. Our bed was hard to get out of since it was so cozy and comfortable. We had an enormous walk-in closet and a large bathroom with everything we needed. Every morning, we were greeted with 5-star breakfasts and excellent hospitality. The host John is one of the sweetest human beings I have ever met, and I'm glad I got to stay in his beautiful home. I highly recommend the Gardner Farm Inn for anyone staying in the area.

We love this wonderful B&B near Albany. The Gardner Farm Inn is a lovingly kept home with an important history. John is a charming host, and his breakfast is awesome! Stay, relax, and make friends and memories.

Had an AMAZING time!!! It was like staying with your favorite uncle. John was generous with his time, with himself, and his space. The house was decorated superbly!! He was very knowledgeable and genuine. 11 billion stars out of 10! Highly recommend!

John was an excellent host and made a delicious breakfast carrying for our allergy needs. Our room was clean and we slept well. It was a great stay and we'll go back when in the area again!

If I could give a sixth star for hospitality, I would! John is a wonderful host. The house is charming and comfortable, and we were made to feel so welcome. Not to mention best breakfast of the trip. . .
