Well looked after having contracted covid, the hotel was understanding. Got breakfast every morning no problem

Terrible night experience. Our room was on the second floor and during the night there was loud engine type noice coming from the window side that was repeated every 3 imputes or so. The air conditioner also made a loud noice. All night long, we didn’t have a wink of sleep.

Front desk totally unprofessional during check in. Distracted with foolishness causing her NOT to effectively activate my room card. When I returned to get it addressed not "on station" but in one of the guests rooms down the hall. This Garden Inn is "tired" and not up to the normal Hilton Garden Inn standards.

We found beer bottles underneath the chair in our room. At 7:00 in the morning housekeeping tried to enter our room. Not by knocking but by opening the door. Luckily the inside lock was on but they attempted multiple times. When I opened the door they asked if we were checking out. ? It was 7:00 in the morning! I called the front desk and they told me to put the “do not disturb “ sign on and “go back to sleep”. Needless to say I was wide awake. Very disappointed as we didn’t get in until 11:30 the night before. So we did not get much sleep.

I was very disappointed with this stay. 1. It was advertised that they had a pool. Pool was not open. 2. My reservation was supposed to include breakfast. They said they had no breakfast. 3. Bar was there but not open. 4. Beds creaked very loud when you move (5th floor double). 5. Towel rack just fell off when simply removing towel. I will never stay here again.

Doesnt mention on booking but their restaurant was closed Monday and Tuesday＞? Then girl at front desk said Tuesday it would be open and it wasnt Left a lot of confusion, no where close to eat.

Paid for breakfast and was told they do not serve breakfast and ********** knew it but charged me for it anyway. Parking lot and entrance not well lit. Will not be back. Will not use ********** again

Well located hotel. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved and coffee was not great.
