馬德里機場套房爵怡飯店(Madrid Airport Suites, Affiliated by Meliá)

Suelo reservar habitaciones de hotel todos los fines de semana y la reserva en este hotel a sido la mejor sin lugar a dudas, el personal de la recepción súper amables y por cortesía del hotel nos han dado una suite me pareció súper. Tenía sala de estar con un sofá y la tele , tenía una pequeña mesa con 4 sillas y un calentador de agua por si apetece hacerse un te o un café, la cama estaba bastante cómoda y hemos dormido genial porque al ser una zona industrial no hay ruido , calidad precio lo recomiendo . Tienen bufet

El hotel está muy bien, muy limpio y las habitaciones son cómodas. El único inconveniente es el transporte del/a aeropuerto tarda mucho y tiene restringido a unas horas, que no es coincidente con las horas de los vuelos. Lo informamos al hotel y nos confirmaron que nos darían una solución para el transporte al aeropuerto y así lo hicieron, después de aclarar que habíamos enviado correo y que nos habían informado que nos darían una alternativa.

Initially had problems with their early check-in which was supposed to start 48 hours before the actual stay. I called Melia and they contacted the hotel directly and made sure the staff were aware I was coming. This turned out to be a Huge advantage. The lobby was packed at midnight with other people trying to check in or get rooms. I was able to circumvent all of this and got to my room in no time at all. Wasn't able to contact the hotel directly for the shuttle from the airport. Not exactly sure what the issue was - it had to do with calling the hotel. could have been my phone. Scheduled the shuttle to the airport the next day. We were able to go early to the Madrid airport (which is a nigh**are of an airport) as one of the employees drove us and another couple in a van there, the bus was full. The buffet breakfast was Amazing! Fresh fruit! A very wide variety of items are available - both hot and cold. As much coffee as you wanted - which is a huge plus in my opinion. I would stay there again

I don’t like to post negative reviews. However, this affiliated with Melia Hotel is a shame.Why would Melia risk its reputation to associate itself with such an awful hotel is a mystery to me . I sent 11 messages to the hotel asking about the shuttle. No one bothered to reply. The staff is unfriendly , unmotivated and unhelpful. The hotel feels like a Salvation Army dormitory. Overall, a very miserable experience . Stay away!

The breakfast options were really good, except for the scrambled eggs. The bread, cheeses and charcuterie were amazing. The scrambled eggs were mushy and couldn't really eat them. The Orange juice and coffee were great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. I slept well, to be honest. But the towels were disgusting. The room smelled terrible, the towels were dirty and smelled really bad. One of them had something brown smothered on it. The curtains were held by duct tape, the carpets on the hallways were stained and looked dirty. The sofa on the room looked really old and after seeing the state of the towels, I can imagine it was super dirty. The TV was located on a stand super close to the floor and was blocked by the coffee table. Everything about this room was odd. The main issue was cleanliness and the smell. I had to open the windows, even though it was really cold outside. For this price, I should have gone to a different hotel chain. The "free shuttle" didn't work out. When I got to the pick up area, there were about 30 people who had been waiting for up to 2 hrs. So, I offered to share an uber with another guest. I had been calling the hotel for 45 min, prior to arrival and they never picked up the phone. I called the call center for Melia and they couldn't help. I talked with the shuttle driver for a different hotel and they warned me that the shuttle for this hotel had issues because it was super small and had to come back and forth leaving guests behind.

The check in process was disorganized with a long line of people waiting to be checked in and only 2 workers. Shuttle to the airport was only available 5 hours before our flight with no available shuttle time until after our flight. Room was nice and the staff seemed nice enough, they are just overworked and understaffed.
