性價比很高的湖景酒店！房間寬敞明亮、床品舒適、淋浴流量 大水壓足……早餐算是極為豐富的，客服人員年齡都很大態度十分友好，早餐廳做煎蛋的DAN 服務酒店 近四十年説明酒店生意好，人員穩定 唯一需要改進的就是設施陳舊了一些，特別是馬桶抽水的聲音堪比飛機馬桶，起夜沖水影響睡眠 這個問題和 OTTAWA WESTIN一模一樣，估計是工程 設計問題

第一晚安排在2樓臨街房，半夜摩託轟鳴，一早對面餐廳音樂響起。非常糟糕的一晚。這個房間的洗手間在房間中間，上下層隔音效果差，沙發床在入門處正對上層的洗手間，每次樓上沖水感覺水要穿透地板直沖下來。經攜程及自己溝通第二天換了頂樓不靠街區的房間安靜很多，但房間共同存在的問題：房間面積小、床墊不舒服稍有動靜就嘎吱響。沙發床質量相當糟糕，睡覺時感覺每個彈簧都擱在骨頭上，停車場臟舊。下次不會再選這家酒店

“我在多倫多的新最喜歡的酒店！我和我的女兒來哈密爾頓來音樂製作城市，由於靠近劇院，我們預訂了One King West。我們希望它很棒，但沒想到工作人員很專業，友善和樂於助人，但他們的感覺還是那麼真實。大堂很新奇和原始—早餐是我們吃過的最好的自助酒店，晚餐是最好的。 DJ太酷了，DJ的氣氛從優雅變成了俱樂部，但我的俱樂部卻在改變。大廳裏總有東西在運轉，感覺就像是多倫多市中心的樞紐。枕頭和毯子長毛絨，小廚房，設備齊全；當我提到靠近劇院時，我們發現它離一切都近。我們到處走，緊貼小徑意味着即使在最惡劣的天氣下也可以走。點頭向客戶服務，他們給了我們VIP退房時間為1:00 pm，這是完美的-我們的航班延誤了，所以我們可以將行李留在大衣檢查室裏，購物多一點，然後在出發前回去取他們。很好。是的，這是我們最喜歡的新酒店100％！我們肯定會回來的，而且我想更長的時間。西王一號是它自己的度假勝地！ ”

Mixed stay …. Very nice looking hotel on the inside…… rooms very fashionable but a lot of misses - small bathrooms … could’ve been a little cleaner …. Luggage guys were very good …. No concierge, no tourist info at all, front desk guy knew so little about where to walk in the city he must have just moved there - one safety issue which should be corrected is the elevators say you need a room card to get to the floors with rooms but that was not working - if anyone got in to the elevators all the floors were reachable

酒店地址位置極佳，在市中心的中心。酒店對面就是多倫多市政廳，步行幾百米就是最大的伊頓購物中心，逛吃很方便，地面和酒店地下通道都方便到達。酒店早餐是套餐制的，很美味 量也很大。辦理入住和退房的前台都很熱情。市區遊覽打Uber比自駕划算。美中不足的是 市政廳的大鐘每個整點都會敲響，對睡眠不好的人不太友好，半夜被吵醒。還有客房的櫃子上細看落了很多灰。

無車黨！ 地理位置優越，union車站出來走15-20分鐘，或者坐黃色線地鐵兩站，Queen站出站走5分鐘。 剛到多倫多不熟悉，坐了兩站地鐵，之後基本以酒店為圓心，全靠腿兒… 酒店旁邊就是舊的town hall大樓和地標Philips square（那個巨大的Toronto字），Eaton shopping mall,Yonge-Dundas廣場… 走路到美術館AGO10分鐘， ROM 博物館20分鐘；St. Lawrence Market 20分鐘… 前台服務很熱情，有求必應。點了雞尾酒，送餐很快，價格公道。但附近的餐廳很多，夏季營業都到很晚，沒必要非在酒店吃。 不知道是不是旺季和多倫多小長假的關係，酒店每天都有點免費的小活動：免費的冰棒、ice tea、餅乾、root beer、軟糖… 床品可以，就是房間隔音不行，能聽到隔壁説話或者看電視的聲音… 酒店頂樓有個小泳池和spa還有健身房…

總體建議：推薦喜歡交通方便，對酒店條件要求中等的人選擇這裏。 衞生：總體情況尚可，床上至少沒有出現污漬和頭髮。 環境：市中心的酒店，交通條件是最大重點。周圍各種吃喝玩樂都很方便，離地鐵和eaton也很近。 服務：標準服務，打掃及時，有需求隨時響應。 設施：總體設施偏老舊。

因為多倫多中心假日酒店地處市中心，寸土寸金，所以，房間不大，衞生條件也不錯，服務有些中規中矩，房間沒有熱水提供，如果需要熱水壺，需要另外跟前台申請。此酒店最大的優勢就是出行十分方便，旁邊就是506有軌電車和college地鐵站，距離機場也就40多分鐘車程，價格雖然相對貴些，但也值得。

早餐不是自助早餐，需要單獨點餐； 浴室有浴缸🛁，洗澡水的水壓很大，很舒服； 房間隔音，很安靜； 交通便利，出行方便； 附近有24小時便利店，近處還有大超市，步行可達市中心商場，附近快餐店和中餐廳也有好幾家； 最重要的是，整個房間都很乾凈，每個角落都很乾凈，沒有任何可以挑剔的地方，服務非常好； 酒店沒有提供瓶裝水，但是酒店水龍頭的水是乾淨的可飲用水； 可以寄存行李， 市中心景點 購物中心都是步行可達，非常好，下次來還會住這裏

I’m a big fan of the Canopy brand in general, but I have a hard time loving this particular Canopy. It seems like it’s designed more to look great than to be great. For example, the electric controls next to the bed are unnecessarily complicated— there’s about 9 buttons to control different lights and shades and things, and it isn’t easily usable. You have to hunt through all of them and try to remember the difference between the sconce light and the halo. It’s needlessly complex and that makes it harder to use. There is also a motion-activated night light under the bed, so if you get up in the middle of the night, it shines a light for you, which isn’t great if your partner if sleeping or even if you yourself want to try to go back to sleep. The night light is hyper sensitive, so it activates even if you just lay in bed and dangle your leg down. And there’s no way to disable it. If you don’t want lights going off every time you get out of bed, you have to shove a pillow under the bed to block the motion sensor or cover up the light. I love the filtered water/ice stations (one of my favorite parts about canopy hotels!) but the ones I used here seemed a lot more temperamental than others. You have to hold your water bottle at exactly the perfect angle before water will dispense, but since there’s no instructions, you have to poke around til you figure it out. There’s no little shelf in the shower stall, so if you bring your own toiletries, you have to either put them on the shower floor or balance them on top of the wall-mounted toiletry bottles. I also didn’t love that there’s no door on the bathroom and only frosted glass around the toilet cubicle. The bed was great — very comfy — and the blackout shades were an excellent touch. Very convenient location, close to the subway. And the decor is beautiful, very sleek and bright. It just all feels like it was designed without any context of how a guest will actually interact with all these things.
