超預期的温暖入住體驗，強烈推薦給來多倫多的朋友！ 這次入住多倫多市中心的「楓林苑小居」真的是一次非常棒的選擇。地理位置極佳，步行就能到地鐵和各大商圈，出行遊玩特別方便。 最讓我感動的是房東主人，全程溝通非常順暢，真的是“有問必答”。無論是交通換乘、餐廳推薦，還是景點避雷，主人都耐心給了超多實用建議，很多都是本地人才知道的寶藏玩法，讓我少走了不少彎路。 房間佈置得很温馨，床品乾淨柔軟，周邊環境也很安靜，每天都能踏踏實實睡個好覺，旅途的疲憊一掃而空。更驚喜的是，主人還熱情地把自己在家做的飯分給我吃！我嚐了一個雞肉包子和一個豬肉蘿蔔包子，皮薄餡大、味道特別家常地道，一口下去滿滿的都是人情味。 整體體驗遠超預期，既有酒店式的整潔便利，又有像去朋友家做客一樣的温度。下次來多倫多一定會再次選擇楓林苑小居，也真心推薦給每一位來這座城市旅行或出差的朋友！

優點：湖景非常正（前台幫忙挑的），床和枕頭很舒服，有拖鞋，浴室有感應小夜燈，到中央車站步行10分鐘，周邊吃飯地方很多，商務住客為主（沒有喧鬧），總體來説確實是星級酒店的服務 缺點：隔音不太好，能聽到隔壁廁所沖水開龍頭的聲音，不過我習慣戴耳塞睡覺所以沒有影響。早餐一般，全是買的點心，沒有點心師自己做的。沒有瓶裝水，有過濾水可以直接喝，帶出門的話需自備水壺。

諾富特多倫多中心飯店地理位置優越，步行 8 到 10 分鐘即可抵達聯合車站和聖勞倫斯市場，5 分鐘即可抵達 Berczy 公園。 No Frills 就在飯店旁邊，方便購買急需物品或零食。飯店對面還有一排餐廳和酒吧。 員工友好，設施齊全。房間寬敞、現代、乾淨，光線充足。我特別喜歡他們的淋浴間（我不喜歡浴缸），無論是雨淋式花灑還是淋浴噴頭，水壓都很好。

衞生間洗臉枱一點都不乾淨，而且訂的時候説有個沙發可以睡。結果沙發是曲線形狀。睡覺很難受…與國內的麗思卡爾頓酒店差多了。下次再也不預訂這個酒店了

Ideal location for any downtown Toronto activity week with family or friends, 15 min walk to core downtown. 2 bed rooms one does not have a window but perfect for a peaceful sleep. View from the 37th floor of the downtown core and CN tower.

今次入住整體體驗非常好，係會想再住嘅一間 👍 優點： * 房間質素非常好，乾淨又舒適，住得好放鬆 * 停車場方便，對自駕人士好友善 * 地點位於市中心，出入同周邊配套都好方便 * 前台職員態度熱心，感覺到用心服務 需要留意： * 前台處理速度稍慢，check-in / check-out 可能要預留多啲時間 ⏳ 總結： 整體感覺非常好，設施同位置都加分，如果唔介意前台節奏稍慢，會係一個幾理想嘅住宿選擇。

地理位置優越，入住/退房方便，從 50 層樓高的公寓高層可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的美景。我能夠在下午 3 點辦理入住手續，房間非常乾淨。大廳有 24 小時保安，五樓有 24 小時禮賓服務。街對面就有大型公共停車場，安全且方便使用。星巴克和 Tim Horton’s 就在樓下，步行 6 分鐘即可抵達登打士廣場。一定會再入住並會推薦給其他人！

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

我們在這家公寓度過了美好的時光。入住很順利,沒有麻煩,一切都如描述的那樣。 公寓很小,但非常舒適,位於25樓,享有湖的壯麗景色。一塵不染,所有電器都是現代的,工作完美。 唯一的小挑戰是弄清楚如何打開爐子燒水壺。雖然已經很晚了,我聯繫了主人,她很快回答,並引導我通過了。我真的很感激她的迅速反應和善良。 總的來說,我們有一個很棒的體驗,肯定會再次入住這裏。強烈推薦!
