酒店很棒,乾淨,早餐很好,但沒有車很難到達。沒有車的包裝直接在你房間的窗戶下,工作人員非常熱情。

多輪多w服務可以比悉尼墨爾本好 有中文前台 入住也很快 一點多就可以了！一到酒店很遠拿行李得就跑來幫忙拿了很積極 這個比其他海外酒店好！但是房間裝修開放式浴室 插座不行 送牙刷很慢一晚上都沒人送 沒泳池 酒店窗户應該再擦一擦 無法打開的窗户 早餐做的挺精緻的 ！規模大小和悉尼墨爾本的w mini版 但在國外w酒店已經算新的 其他酒店太舊 還是可以選擇的

來多倫多開會，提前幾天訂了這個公寓，價格不算便宜還沒有早飯，報着就近原則入住的，本來沒有什麼期待，進房間之後還是覺得性價比超高，在44層，有陽台的最高層，陽台上方就是天空，景色完美，就是感覺安全性稍差一點，完全是開放式的。

地理位置優越，入住/退房方便，從 50 層樓高的公寓高層可以欣賞到令人驚嘆的美景。我能夠在下午 3 點辦理入住手續，房間非常乾淨。大廳有 24 小時保安，五樓有 24 小時禮賓服務。街對面就有大型公共停車場，安全且方便使用。星巴克和 Tim Horton’s 就在樓下，步行 6 分鐘即可抵達登打士廣場。一定會再入住並會推薦給其他人！

公寓地理位置優越,夜景真的令人歎爲觀止!週邊有你需要的一切,步行到Shoppers和地鐵站只需約8-minute,讓周圍變得難以置信的輕鬆方便。 房間一塵不染,維護的很漂亮,設施齊全,住的很舒服。唯一小注意的是客人可能想自帶拖鞋。主人絕對是美妙的 - 提供清晰,詳細的入住說明,並提供熱情,周到的提醒和幫助,無論是在我入住之前和期間。在我離開的那天,我需要在下午12點退房後多一點時間,我非常感謝主人允許我有足夠的時間收拾行李,準備好,沒有任何匆忙。 總的來說,這是一個完美的住宿從開始到結束。我很高興下次訪問時回到這裏,並高興地推薦給朋友和家人!

I was somewhat disappointed by the lack of prior communication regarding the check-in procedure. Upon arrival, we entered the loby area, and we were welcomed by the security officer who explained to contact the company for instructions which included sending photos of my ID along with a separate image of me holding it. After paying a deposit, we were finally granted access to the apartment. This process took nearly an hour, and we were surprised to find that our unit was located on the 48th floor of the tower. While this didn’t bother us, it would have been helpful to know in advance, especially for those who suffer from vertigo. Reliable Wi-Fi is essential, as a lack of connectivity can be quite problematic. The apartment itself was small and cosy, offering impressive views of the CN Tower. However, upon our arrival, the driver was still drying towels and bedding, which I found to be inappropriate. The small balcony had very dirty glass that had not been cleaned, and the kitchen was not entirely tidy. Additionally, the bedroom carpet was heavily stained, and we were required to remove our shoes. Upon checking out, we had to take out the trash and wash the towels, bedding, and dishes, which consumed another hour of our time. I couldn't help but wonder what the cleaning staff was doing. It’s worth noting that a deposit was taken, and failure to adhere to the rules would result in its forfeiture. Although I generally avoid complaining, We felt overwhelmed by the expectations, especially after paying for our vacation. Furthermore, if extending the stay for a few additional hours, there is a significant extra charge. The elevators were consistently busy, and during our departure, the security personnel in the concierge area were rather rude, insisting we leave the lobby despite the presence of chairs and tables. We simply wanted to arrange our next ride without having to do so on the street. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, but the apartment could benefit from more thorough cleaning, and the rules could be more accommodating for guests.

房間乾淨整潔 明亮舒適 設施齊全，窗外就是yonge街，對面就是超市，非常滿意。入住衹要按照房東的指引還是比較順利的。有地下車庫，出門旁邊就是地鐵，不管是自駕遊還是自由行都非常方便！

我想首先說,我是多麼高興,主持人讓我們提前一個小時檢查,因爲它從下午5點開始,而不是正常的下午3點。這是一個Airbnb類型的地方,需要你把450美元的押金用於一晚住宿,我認爲它很高。位置很棒,步行即可到達CN塔和餐館。 除了乾淨,這是一個非常可愛的地方。地方很髒。我們決定不使用淋浴,因爲它充滿了黴菌和頭髮(附圖),到處都是頭髮!我們看到有洗衣機和烘乾機,但洗衣機裏裝滿了需要乾燥的毛巾,所以我們決定不使用。牀單上有污漬,所以我們決定在上面鋪上自己的毛巾睡覺。我們也決定不碰廚房,因爲燃燒器壞了,我們不想引起火災或類似的東西。總而言之,住一晚是不錯的,但他們需要解僱清潔工,因爲我相信這是一個很容易解決的問題,成爲一個更好的住宿地點。
