布羅德維尤飯店(The Broadview Hotel)

Overall, we had an enjoyable 2 night stay. We checked in around midnight due to a delayed flight but were promptly set up upon arrival. Room was clean, well equipped and bed was very comfortable. I was disappointed with the shower - no rain shower head and the tiny space to squeeze past the swinging shower door. My biggest complaint was the lack of sound proofing: you hear everything. You’ll hear the street car and cars well past midnight, door slamming and service team clearing rooms in the morning. If you are a light sleeper and or want to sleep in, this might not be the hotel for you. The staff offered to provide a white noise machine and ear plugs since there were no alternate rooms we could move to. We appreciate the thoughtfulness, and may return in the future if there were more tucked away rooms.

I recently had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The design of the rooms provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff's hospitality was impeccable, making me feel welcomed and valued throughout my stay. What truly set this hotel apart was its stunning rooftop lounge. The panoramic views of the city were breathtaking. The ambiance was sophisticated, with comfortable seating and ambient lighting that created a perfect a**osphere for relaxation. The rooftop bar offered an extensive selection of drinks, and the skilled bartenders crafted delicious cocktails.

Restaurant has especially limited vegan options and getting a coffee was painfully slow. I would have just made one in my room but there was only a dairy-based creamer there. I expect more in what is otherwise a nice hotel.

The hotel was everything I expected. Just unfortunate to be put in a room next to the cleaning area so there was a constant noise of doors opening and closing. But on the whole I would recommend

Great stay at the hotel. Staff is attentive, available, friendly, and helpful. The cafe in the lobby is delicious.

Staff are courteous and accommodating- rooms are exactly what we needed - restaurant food is delicious - would definitely stay there again.

The broadview is our favourite hotel in Toronto. Character, a great rooftop restaurant for drinks, easy access to downtown with enough removal to be a little quieter, and WATER. Being able to grab a pitcher of still or sparkling water from the water bar in the hallway is essential if you’re having a big night out. The very best.

The room was large and beautifully designed. The hotel has honoured its 1891 heritage. Only complaint: the closet was tiny… 3 hangers and only 1/2 hight. One could not hang up a dress. Certainly a miscue in the design.
