The service here was amazing. A couple friends and I went here for a mom's getaway, and it was a dream! The pool was great and relaxing. The lazy river was nice too, even if it was a little small and got kinda crazy sometimes when the pump went off to keep the current going. The poolside beef nachos were to die for, but we also loved the wings. We would definitely go back! It seemed super family friendly too with a lot of fun pool activities for the kids.

When we checked in our room had no ac. The staff was aware and didn’t tell us. We had to wait in 87 degree room until it was fixed. My only issue was we weren’t told about the problem. When I went to the front desk I was told it had been broken all day.

Bought a resort pass from resort pass for a cabana. They did not have the reservation on file so I asked if I could cancel my room. My sister in law ended up making a room reservation and reserving a cabana since they did not have the reservation. I was charged for the room and resort pass also charged me for the cabana.

The AC in our room did not work. We called the front desk twice and asked for a fan. Each time they said it was on its way yet we never received it. When we went to check out, the front desk all but called us a liar, pointing out that records indicated we had children with us, which we did not. She pulled out a sheet of paper that did have a complaint about the AC, stating that another room was offered, but because of children, the occupants did not wish to move. Again, I reminded her we had no children and that was not our room. Apparently they had our room confused with another room that complained about the same issue, and had children. It was a very hot and uncomfortable stay. A positive was that the restaurant food was excellent!

Stayed at woodlands resort for 4 days with my 11 year old twins. We had a blast. Lazy river/wave pool was so much fun. The boys enjoyed the water slides. We didn’t eat at the resort since there is a lot of good restaurants near by. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was horrible. The room was not ready within the promised time frame. Keep getting pushed around and was told to be checking every following hour for the room’s availability. Then, I had to wait in multiple, very long lines to speak to the front desk receptionist. Overall, bad experience checking in. I came within a inch of demanding a reimbursement because of this nonsense.

Most of the stay was pretty solid. Everything we wanted to do was within walking distance and that was awesome! We had two issues the entire weekend which was awesome. One with room service, they forgot our drinks one night and the next morning they forgot syrup for the pancakes. Second thing was the pool was definitely short staffed. Our waitress was very nice and she did a great job but the amount of people she was taking care of was not good for her of the customers. We did have to wait for drinks for a while. She was giving it her all though. Not her fault. Just needed some help. Overall I rate our stay a 10/10 and will definitely be back to get back in the pool and to play come more golf!! Courses were excellent.

The pool area was great !! Great service and fun for kids . We had a couple of incidents as my room was not cleaned twice on 2nd night they apologized saying the had a mistake and they would clean the next day . The second one was shuttle offered for 4th july i mean it was nice but waited over 40 minutes after fireworks were over for it to arrive and we did not fit on 1st one we had to uber .

The only negative thing is that there is no coffee service at the hotel. You to walk or get a ride to the conference center. It was 20-25 minutes to and from.
