Everything was excellect except two issues One is that washrooms are congested and bit old 2nd is that car parking is open and outside main hotel. You have to walk in sunlight for 5 minutes

This is my fourth stay here and as always the staff were Super helpful, especially Sajid on reception. Spotless clean and great food. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. All in all a great stay. Would recommend this hotel to couples, families, and businessmen.

Buffet of Ramda is much better then other equlance hotel e.g serena amd marriot etc staff coperation is very good specially upper mangment Manger, asst manger waiterr waseem abbasi serves very well

Their staff lack empathy and don't bother helping a person/ non resident going through a medical emergency, infact their facility enhanced the condition and they did not bother acknowledging. They claim to have an OnCall doctor but they don't have any, neither will they help u in locating a medical facility nearby because it doesn't give them any revenue.

This is a good hotel with great facilities. The hospitality was exceptional. Restaurants and breakfast is very good. Special thanks to Karim, Qasir, Mubashir, Habibe, AliRaza, Sayed and in fact all the staff. The conference facilities are also very good.
