托馬麥客達套房飯店(Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tomah)

We were looking for an affordable hotel for two nights while we traversed back-and-forth to Minneapolis for a convention. The Microtel did not disappoint. We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, attractive, well appointed stay thank you so much for your commi**ent to your Hotel guests!!!

Stayed in. Sunday night and I know there were other people in the hotel, but was put in a room next to people that had their TV so loud, we could hear it through the wall. They had the TV on ALL night!!!!

Thank you so much for the room service pizza! I was not expecting that level of care at a Microtel.

Some may call this a value resort, and that is a proper description - it was welcoming, clean, friendly and the rooms were nice for the price. I'd stay again! Pet friendly as well!

Well designed, well appointed, and very clean. Room was attractive and comfortable. Toiletries were good quality. Continental breakfast was well done (fun to watch the pancake maker). Bed was comfortable and clean. Lobby was cozy and attractive. Staff was helpful and friendly. I thought the information notebook was well designed and included things we’d want or need to know. Accessibility features were helpful. I would stay here again.

My husband and I were ready for another day of long-distance drive after breakfast, but discovered that we were locked in our room 305 on the third floor at Microtel in Tomah in the early morning of Tuesday, Dec 12. Tried to call front desk but found that the phone did not work. My 75-year-old husband crawled down on all fours but could not even found the phone jack (see attached picture). I called front desk on my cell, and Christine came up to help us. After a few attempts, she told us she had to come back with a different key. Finally the door was opened and we were relieved. It was really scary for these two septuagenarians! What if there was a fire!? Anyway, Christine was friendly and very efficient, and told us that we were entitled to a full refund. Also, it was lucky for us that I had a U.S. cell phone. If my husband had to call front desk with his Canadian cell, he would have been charged long-distance!

The staff were very friendly and professional, and that I was able to sleep in a quiet, clean room. Among other positive things about the place.

We stay here occasionally to spread out driving to daylight hours and it is always good. Microtel rooms are small but well designed. Great breakfast and cookies at check in. Highly recommend

This is a very nice place to stay. The abandoned building next door is unfortunate.
