非常好，我跟你們説真的很滿意，首先就是這個酒店門口有一個下樓的電梯，下去就是東京站，非常非常方便。不過上來的建議走地面，因為地下鐵東京站線路非常亂，走地上出口2分鐘也就到了。交通就非常便利👍 還有就是到那如果想把行李寄存以後就出去玩也很方便，交給管家，他就幫你把行李直接放在房間裏了。 房間挺大的，最重要的是熱水夠熱也很沖，不喜歡沖的也可以調小，我是喜歡那種超級大水壓洗澡的。非常滿意

多次到訪東京的我，每當經過東京火車站時，都會被一排仿西式圓頂紅磚建築所吸引，這就是1914年建成的東京站大飯店，建在東京車站大樓丸之內一側。 酒店跨越100多年歷史，經過6年半的改建，於2012年重新開張。這次到東京，特地預訂了東京站大飯店的客房住兩晚，深入體驗一下日本重要的文化遺產。 進入酒店便可看到拱形吊頂、紅磚牆麪，盡顯奢華大氣。酒店與東京站丸之內南口相連，在酒店二樓環廊，可以看到車站圓形大廳內人羣進進出出。 酒店總共4層，擁有150間典雅而奢華的客房。長長的走廊近百張珍貴的歷史照片掛在牆上，沿着時間軸，展現酒店獨特濃厚的歷史氣息。 酒店由明治時代建築家辰野金吾設計，酒店外觀與內部都是統一的歐式風格，卻一直以獨一無二的日式服務接待來自世界各地的賓客。 最贊的是四樓的The Atrium餐廳，空間挑高9米，麪積達到435平米，是入住客人才可以使用的早餐餐廳。早餐十分豐富精緻，服務更是貼心管家式的，與酒店的定位十分契合。

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.

何度も利用させて頂いております。(1ベッドルームのスイートタイプ) 東京駅八重洲北口直ぐ横と立地は最高です。車寄せは地下で無人すが前もってお願いしておけば大きな荷物のお手伝いへも直ぐに来ていただけます。 お部屋も重厚感があり、キッチンは使い勝手が良いです。ただし外国製の洗濯機は使いにくく、普通の洗濯でも乾燥含めて３時間以上もかかりますが、浴室乾燥利用で代替え出来ました。 今回初めてフロントで羽田空港定額タクシーをお願いしたところ、お願いした時間になっても車は到着しておらず、フロントへ伝えても「今確認中ですのでお待ちください」 飛行機の便名も伝えており、出発時間もご存じな筈ですが、スタッフの方がのんびり？！スケジュールというものをご存知無いのかのように「待つ」だけ。。。こちらも予約しましたので勝手に外へ流しタクシーを取りにも行かれず、でも急いでますからホテルスタッフへ、飛行機の時間が迫ってますから外のタクシーを捕まえて来て貰えませんか?、と指示までせねばならず。。。待つ事15分、、、 いつも国内線は最終時間に合わせて動くので、この15分のロスで飛行機に乗り遅れました。 ホテルへ連絡するも代替えチケット代も支払われず、次の滞在の多少の料金ディスカウントの提案のみ。。。 数日後再度宿泊しましたが、フロントでも誰も何も謝罪の一言も無し。呆れました。 マネージャーと仰る方と話しましたが「受付したスタッフは、当時タクシー対応した者では無かった」ので何も言わなかったのだとかいうお粗末な返答、タクシー会社へ調査を頼んでいる、との事でしたが結局3泊していて調査の結果も何も聞かされませんでした。 値段もかなり上がりましたが、ホテルの基本的なサービスも出来ないのでは宿泊する意味が無いかと思いました。 女性スタッフは皆さん素晴らしいので、人によりとはとても残念です。

We wanted a hotel right next to Tokyo Station as we were traveling by Shinkansen, and it doesn't get much closer than this. Like many modern hotels in Tokyo located in office towers, the actual lobby isn't on the ground level. This was a little annoying but it is what it is. Our room was spacious as expected, with views of Nihonbashi and the east side. Plenty of room to open up our big suitcases. The chaise longue next to the windows was a comfortable place to spend time on. The bathroom had a large wet room, equipped with a rainshower next to the bath tub. The glass wall meant that one could be in the bathroom and look out not only at the room, but at the rest of Tokyo if curtains were drawn. My main complaint was the shortage of TV channels with English or non-Japanese broadcast. We stayed in local Japanese hotels where they offered more international programming, so why didn't Shangri-La?! Service was otherwise fine, with check-out available via the Shangri-La app on one's mobile phone.

離東京車站真的非常近，隔一條大馬路就是飯店的所在地，要去東京市區任何的景點都非常方便，不管要搭乘東京地鐵、JR鐵路、新幹線🚄都非常方便。飯店房間空間不是很大勉強可以打開30吋行李箱，設施也很新穎，早餐吧的炒飯很好吃，不過早餐很簡單，主要是方便快速就好！

Great location to Tokyo Station. It is just a 3 minute walk from the Yaesu side (or Daimaru for the shoppers!). We got off the Shinkansen from Kyoto, and walked our bags over to the hotel with no problem. We stayed in a FORUS room. The room was cozy but was nicely furnished. It felt like it was recently renovated. We appreciated some of the arty elements such as the origami, and the markers for the white board. They also provided yakata (Japanese robe) and slippers. We also liked the Nespresso machine. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready yet. When we returned later, they greeted us with some hot towels, and told us our luggage was already waiting for us in our room. Breakfast was a little pricey but nice. It is mostly Japanese options, definitely have to try at least once. The hotel also called us a taxi to drive us to Haneda airport which turned out to be a reasonable price. If I'm looking for a hotel again right by Tokyo Station, I would definitely pick the Ryumeikan.

每晚十時後酒店會關門，住客要自己按密碼進入酒店。 房間已經很小，那張寫字枱在正中間反而很阻礙開行李箱… 枕頭很奇怪，裡面一粒粒的是豆嗎？很不舒服！到前台問是不是有Pillow Area可取合適的枕頭，但職員卻說「今日沒有」，什麼？！ 房間有毛巾及洗頭水護髮素沐浴露，而牙刷、梳子等清潔用品則要到樓下取，但竟然沒有最基本的「棉花棒」… 最滿意的是職員總是笑臉迎人，很有禮及有善！

房間大小合適, 出行也方便。疫情前來東京住過這家酒店。不知是否因為裝修有改變, 這次的房型, 房間拉門沒有隔音隔光效果, 所以即使關上門, 有人在起居間看電視時還是會吵到。這是美中不足處。

這個新開業的寶格麗酒店問題還是蠻多的： 1不開車進來每次都要穿過一個商場，也不可能出行一直打車，每次回來都在走後門的感覺。 2基本沒有服務可言，checkin入住的時候說無酒精飲料都是免費的，實際checkout果汁是收費的2500日元一瓶，感受很不好。 3這個1w8rmb的價格在ginza可以住到位置和服務更好的酒店，谷歌評論裏也是一堆日本人在吐槽。 4這個酒店的禮賓部在我提前幾乎一個月的情況下預定餐廳，給了十幾個餐廳列表也衹能訂上一家，酒店在這方面幾乎沒有實力。

The location is great, right next door to Tokyo Station and walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The staff in this hotel are fabulous, very polite, helpful and attentive without being intrusive. Check in was a nice easy process and I was kindly shown to my room. The room itself is fine, I've stayed in better Four Season Hotels but there was nothing wrong with the room I was given. The bed was comfy but the pillows I found were way too soft. I'm sure however if I'd asked they would have replaced them with firmer options. They also had limited charging sockets near the bed but not close enough for shorter cables so I had to charge my phone on the other side of the room. The shower was powerful, there was a nice deep bath but no bath salts and the bathroom amenities are not miniatures but rather large dispensers, great to save on plastic waste. Robes, hair dryer, tea and coffee facilities and mini bar are all provided. It appears they don't offer a pressing service because when I requested this they suggested an iron and ironing board to be brought to me instead. I personally don't mind ironing my own clothes so this was fine for me. WiFi was very good. The gym and restaurant are located on floor 7. The gym was nicely equipped for a hotel gym and had just about enough kit to get a decent workout in. They had a selection of cardio options as well. There are tin bottles of water and towels readily available. The hot pool was nice to relax in after and they also had a steam room and jet massage shower. Breakfast I had both as room service and in the restaurant. The menu was the same in both but you had more freedom on portion size with the continental option in the restaurant. I also had dinner room service whilst at the hotel. Room service was quick, normally arriving within 30mins of the order being placed. The food was well prepared and delicious. My only constructive criticism would be, it would have been nice to have had more choice, I found the room service menu limited, and I'd like to have had more local Japanese options, especially sushi. All in all a good hotel with fabulous staff in a great location. It wasn't however perfect with the points mentioned above so I can only award this hotel a 4* rating.

I have to say I was excited and looked forward to my stay. At the end. I don’t think it was worth it. And it was because of what Hoshinoya Tokyo is, it is a ryokan, not a hotel, and it is a Japanese chain. It was not imbued with the spirit of providing utmost comfort and pampering to its guest. It is more focused on the onsen, the Japanese culture, and the provision of daily meals. 

It is not where you should stay to hear a lot of Yes. No concierge service, so they won’t help you get a reservation because they provide meals in the ryokan (which hotel doesn’t?). No early check in or courtesy late check out. If you want to check out late, it’s 9,000 JPY per hour - even when it doesn’t cost the hotel anything. No currency exchange service. If you want to order meals, you have to place the order the day before. No bathrobe provided, and when asked, first they said they didn’t have them, then they provided but warned me I should only wear them inside the room (I don’t remember a time in my life when I wore bathrobe walking around any hotel), and that since the quantity was limited, they would not change the bathrobe during my stay - it all sounded like a conversation I would have with my school principal, one that was not so friendly.

The fancy picture of the centerpiece which flooded Instagram was one place on the hallway, first floor, where we took off our shoes before entering the hotel. Reception is on the second floor, and the interior was a mixed in style, I don’t know how to call it. It was dated and furnished with uncomfortable sofas and chairs. We and other guests were not allowed to checked in until 3 pm (regardless whether a room was available) so we could see several parties, some with small children hanging out on those sofas like at a train station. Not all of us can time our flight to arrive at the hotel at exactly 3 pm, so it was a tiresome wait during which we were provided with one cup of tea per person the whole time. After that long wait, the welcome ritual with snacks at the lounge on our floor became quite pointless. We already did not feel welcomed. Service at Hoshinoya Tokyo was also not great and definitely not 5 star. As a guest pointed out, it’s difficult to get to the entrance via taxi. The basement entrance was dark. Room cleaning was not reliable - we left the room for 3 hours in the morning, came back at 1 pm and the room was not cleaned. But if you stayed in (which well, what you are supposed to do at a ryokan), they wouldn’t go in to clean or even asked if you wanted the room to be cleaned. On such a day, I asked if I could get new towels when we left for dinner, the staff said yes, but nothing happened when we came back and no follow up call to let us know why. There’s no view from our room (executive room at the corner). The hotel is surrounded by other taller buildings. When we opened the window screen, we could see people from the other building office and they could see us. It’s all grayish.

我很幸運,每年住一兩次高端酒店。首先,我要說的是,我對大多數高端連鎖店和標準的威斯汀/萬豪/希爾頓酒店等都漠不關心。四季酒店與衆不同你總能看到並感受到你所付出的一切。奧的新四季酒店就是明證。不用說,公共空間和房間都很美。設計和執行都是宏偉的。如果你是建築質量的鑑賞家,你會明白我的意思。從合適的和完成的角度來看,它對建築來說就像雷克薩斯對汽車一樣。不過,比物理空間更重要的是員工。在來到這裏的一天之內,似乎每個人都知道我是誰(所以要表現得好一點,因爲你不想在這裏發展壞名聲)。我在這裏吃早餐(隨房間一起吃),在意大利餐廳吃一頓午餐,在酒吧吃一頓晚餐。食物雖然一般不是日式食物,但具有日本風味。我第一天早餐沙拉里的薰三文魚特別好吃,午餐吃的是小牛肉沙拉和純毛大。日本早餐的特色是魚浸泡在味裏,這是我喜歡的,它沒有讓人失望。我晚餐吃的 Waygu 漢堡比很好,但與我在洛杉磯最喜歡的漢堡相比,在切切酒吧的漢堡店並不匹配。服務員很細心,沒有懸停,而酒吧服務員Keith Motsi去年被評爲亞洲最好的酒吧服務員,我並不感到驚訝。他以熟悉海明威的飲酒習慣,以及他完美的表演,幹了,攪拌了馬丁尼(他在倒酒之前用嘴沖洗了卡拉菲和玻璃杯)。游泳池令人驚歎,雖然我對它沒有深水的盡頭感到有點失望。唉,淺水池似乎是所有酒店現在的方式。新酒店通常要經歷一段搖搖欲墜的時期才能找到立足點,對我來說很清楚,大四季已經紮根了。目前,價格昂貴,但並不瘋狂。我祝願他們取得更大的成功。

這真的是約3-4分鐘步行一出東京站,從雅蘇中央出口。一旦穿過車站外面的大街,到一套燈就只有一個街區,走了很短的路,然後右邊2或3個門,check in在2樓(2F)。有英文高高上和入口附近的標誌。這次旅行我們住了兩次。入住很及時。我們有一個雙牀房,2張單人牀。房間很乾淨,像預期的那樣小,所以2張牀效果更好,沒有人睡在牆上。我們需要的一切,冰箱,兩個枕頭每個(軟和硬),水壺,茶,咖啡,電視,好燈,wifi,衣架,褲子按壓,很棒的肥皂,洗髮水和漂亮的毛巾。還有,睡衣。前台區附近有微波爐和冰。我們第二次住了,除了景色,兩個房間都是一樣的。第一個看到我們酒店旁邊正在建設建築的景色,有點開放,可以看到天氣。第二個更高,俯旁邊的新建築。不確定該景色是否會這樣。酒店對旁邊的建築物的景色在日本很常見。我們只在那裏睡覺和淋浴,所以沒有景色對我們來說沒有問題。步行約3-4分鐘有2家全家超市和7-11,加上其他resos,下午或晚上更多,但有一個不錯的saba餐廳(Komoro Soba)開放吃早餐,我們享受。前台工作人員非常友好,非常樂於助人,下次在東京,我們計劃再次入住那裏。

酒店在京橋地鐵站邊上，從7出口上地麪就能看到，距離20米。酒店大堂在4樓，客房在2-4樓，需要刷卡才能通過屏蔽門進入客房區。由於地段好，客房麪積真的很緊湊，雙人入住會有的擠。早餐在1樓，品種相對簡單，但有日式定食，新鮮水果和鮮榨果汁。位置優越，步行去銀座和東京站都很近，1站地鐵的距離，5分鐘左右。商務出差不錯的選擇。

多次到訪東京的我，每當經過東京火車站時，都會被一排仿西式圓頂紅磚建築所吸引，這就是1914年建成的東京站大飯店，建在東京車站大樓丸之內一側。 酒店跨越100多年歷史，經過6年半的改建，於2012年重新開張。這次到東京，特地預訂了東京站大飯店的客房住兩晚，深入體驗一下日本重要的文化遺產。 進入酒店便可看到拱形吊頂、紅磚牆麪，盡顯奢華大氣。酒店與東京站丸之內南口相連，在酒店二樓環廊，可以看到車站圓形大廳內人羣進進出出。 酒店總共4層，擁有150間典雅而奢華的客房。長長的走廊近百張珍貴的歷史照片掛在牆上，沿着時間軸，展現酒店獨特濃厚的歷史氣息。 酒店由明治時代建築家辰野金吾設計，酒店外觀與內部都是統一的歐式風格，卻一直以獨一無二的日式服務接待來自世界各地的賓客。 最贊的是四樓的The Atrium餐廳，空間挑高9米，麪積達到435平米，是入住客人才可以使用的早餐餐廳。早餐十分豐富精緻，服務更是貼心管家式的，與酒店的定位十分契合。

安縵東京為卓越的硬質產品設立了新標準。儘管我們第一天晚上吃完晚飯回來時發現房間沒有打掃，但前台經理立即道歉並提供了免費飲料。客房部主管還在早餐時親自向我們道歉，並為我們提供了貼心的服務，例如水果拼盤和免費洗衣服務。隨後，我們的住宿非常完美。東京安縵還擁有令人驚嘆的設計和建築，地理位置優越，靠近大手町站、東京站、皇居和銀座。其令人驚嘆的中庭給人留下了深刻的印象。寬敞的客房面積從 70 平方米起，各處均設有高高的天花板，從床上即可欣賞令人難忘的皇家花園景色。即使是可伸縮電視也展現了其貼心的設計，讓客人可以一覽無餘地欣賞東京天際線。酒店的告別儀式同樣引人注目。提供前往東京站的免費酒店專車接送服務，同時由另一名工作人員護送，他們不遺餘力地購買我們的車票，將我們的行李運送到站台，將我們的行李寄存在火車上並帶我們到座位上。毫無疑問，東京安縵的奢華享受是有代價的。然而，其價格卻提供了廣受追捧的令人驚嘆的因素。畢竟，東京是世界上最昂貴的城市之一。從宏偉的大堂到迷人的泳池和寬敞的客房，酒店的各個層面都給人留下了深刻的印象。然而，管理期望是關鍵。期望與其他房間數少得多的酒店提供常見的安縵式服務是不現實的。雖然最初的事故令人遺憾，但隨後的個性化關注和細緻服務超出了對一家擁有 80 間客房的城市酒店的預期。這是否是由於最初的事故或反映了他們通常的標準仍然未知，因此我下次訪問東京時值得再次入住。

Wonderful hotel where even the smallest details have been well thought through. I don't usually write long reviews but I have so many good things to say about this hotel. We stayed here twice during our honeymoon in Japan, for two nights at the start of the trip and three nights at the end. The two rooms we had were both fantastic with amazing views over the Imperial gardens. Every member of staff was kind and friendly, they greeted the guests in such a genuine and warm manner. Breakfast was delicious - we enjoyed the buffet, and the Japanese style breakfast. They serve lots of different teas, coffees, and juices. We had a few shots of the very healthy green juice which was surprisingly tasty! The bar is very chic and it has a long cocktail list. It has a very glamorous aesthetic, with glossy floors and cute tables to enjoy a drink. We had dinner on the terrace on our last night; the food was fabulous. We thought it was quite reasonably priced (we're used to London prices!) for the set menus, with wine pairings. It was well worth the price. The wine is great and we really enjoyed chatting to the sommelier about his speciality, Californian wines. The rooms have lots of storage, and we had two TVs (one in the bedroom, one in the bathroom). We had a bath, and a separate shower cubicle. The loos feature classic Japanese high tech which is quite interesting. We were given pyjamas, slippers, and dressing gowns in our rooms. There were lovely toileteries including a whole set of facial cleansers, toners, and moisturisers, as well as bath oils and salts. We even got some steam eye masks which were so luxurious. They have toothbrushes in case you have forgotten your own! The hotel has easy access to the underground system, and you can walk to the main Tokyo station in around 10 minutes. It's close to lots of shopping centres with cafes and restaurants. There's also a beautiful Starbucks next door - I'd definitely recommend trying the Japanese Starbucks! It's really different from the UK and has some great treats. The concierges are helpful and knowledgable. They booked me in for a wash and blow dry (reasonably priced for a city centre hairdresser at around £26 at the Shisheido salon which uses high quality products). They also arranged tickets for the Tokyo Skytree, and they recommended places to visit and various restaurants. We really relied on their expertise, and they were so generous with their time. All in all, we had an amazing and very memorable experience at this hotel. We hope we'll be lucky enough to return one day again.
