Stay was great and the location is superb. We enjoyed our multiple daily walks of the beach and the Privacy and quietness of the resort was enjoyable. The one thing that could be better would be more of the tech side. The wifi was slow and struggled to play movies, as well it didn’t cover the whole apartment. For example our bedroom didn’t have wifi but most of the rest of the apartment did. Also the TVs would be much better if you could atleast cast to them to watch movies, just a standard tv with cable.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay in. The apartment style, modern, high ceilings and luxurious furnishings were such a treat. With direct access to the beach and the sound of the waves in the background, I would recommend staying here 100%. And the bed was so comfortable (very important).

Been visiting Cox Bay for over a decade and was great to get back after a pandemic year away. Same relaxing vibe and the place has held up very well. Our suite had more recently upgraded appliances. Common areas have always been a highlight and public health measures were allowing them to be booked by one group at a time only... a reasonable measure.

What a place... so nicely laid out and beautiful suites/apartments. All staff were courteous and pleasant, and everything we needed was available. Nice bright spaces with large windows that open to get the sea breeze and sound of the waves inside at night was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We loved our stay and would be back any time! They are currently replacing the hardwood floors in all the suites on rotation, so expect brand new flooring soon in all suites!

It was our first holiday in Tofino with our 1 year old. The resort was ideal! One bedroom unit was super cute, and the beach was fabulous for our little guy to run around. Staff were super accommodating and had a crib and highchair all set up. The gym was great to use, and the hottub looked amazing (though we didn't have a chance to use it). Can't wait for our next stay!

Based on a four night, off season, stay by a seniors couple. Our online booking was flawless. Locating this establishment is a challenge, particularly in the dark. There is one illuminated sign, only visible to northbound travellers. One actually enters on the driveway marked for the adjacent property, Long Beach. When I told the female night attendant that the signage ‘sucks’. She surely asked me “Can’t you see two signs?” Having travelled both directions numerous times, I still can’t find the second sign! The illumination of the parking area is insufficient – needed for ambience? The venue is stunningly attractive. There are limited ocean views; however, there is direct access to Long Beach, a favourite surfing area. The facilities are approximately six kilometres to most services. There is limited free on site exterior parking. The facility is in great condition with only the hardwood flooring showing signs of wear. Our space was impeccably clean and equipped with items we never imagined – washer, dryer, coffee press, paper towels, cooking and eating utensils etc. Footsteps from the upper floor were audible in our space. The bed was comfortable, but softer than my liking. There were ample linens and other supplies. Numerous thermostats made it easy to control the temperature. There is no air conditioning. Other staff were more congenial. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and the value we received. We would recommend this facility.

Amazing stay and could be more relaxed after waking up each morning to the waves crashing!

Great place to spend a relaxing week close to the beach

Came up for a girls trip and wanted to spoil ourselves. This resort is right on the beach which so many amenities to utilize. We took advantage of the sauna and the look out room that was so cozy to watch the sunset. The rooms are so nice and comfortable and being able to walk out on the beach with a drink in your hand and then be able to pop right back into the room when you were too cold was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would definitely go back
