石頭堡景觀飯店(Hotel Rock Fort View)

next to my stay, there is a big cemetety, every few seconds, we could heard funeral parade passing our hotel, its disturbed a lot. Around the area very diry,unhygienic & not safe place.

Went on 1st Jan 24 evening with family. Table was clean. Menu came after 7 minutes. We called person to take our order as nobody coming to take order. After we call the person then he came. No glass in the table to drink a water, Which is basic think in the restaurant. We ask the glass to drink water then also not given. I do not know why then didn't given. Food is not tasty service is worst ever. If you go road side shop you will get better service. We called to ***ager after receiving the bill. We are not satisfied with your food and service give some discount. He said After taken the bill we can't give discount. If you are not giving proper food and service, why you expecting guest to pay actual rate. I hope every item which you are giving on the cost of table, glass, electricity, fuel, etc.. If you have not given then you guys should reduce the bill. We paid actual cost without satisfaction of service and food. We never come back to this rooftop restaurant again and not recommend to anyone. I am writing this message because somebody should not suffer again.

All staff did their best to accommodate us, it was overall very nice place to stay.. we didn’t eat at their restaurant because it was not completely vegetarian.

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

This hotel remained to give her service to its customers. That is the only reason one might visit here again.The hotel is quite run down , bathrooms are not well maintained. However the staff are really helpful. The breakfast is really good .

Nice hotel Good ambience. Food was fine. Staffs were co-operative. One of the housekeeping staff was irritating who always asked for tip and came inside our rooms frequently. We complained about it to the reception. Rest it is a very good place to stay with the view of rockfort temple. You can also view the famous srirangam temple and the kaveri river.

Our stay at Rockfort view was OK for one night, busy hotel. Food was average price was on the higher side .Room rent ok, Fairly clean . Inspite of prior notice to keep our rooms ready that too by 2pm( check in )rooms were not ready. Receptionist was not friendly.
