藝術特拉納Blloku(Artistic Tirana Blloku)

I stayed here for 9 days. First of all, this is in a great location. Many of the city attractions including the Skanderbeg Square are within 20 min walking distance. There are lot of great restaurants near by including Opa Greek street food, Juvenilia.. Taxis are right across. There are currency exchanges close by as well. Also if you book any tours, this hotel can be selected as a pickup spot. Room was spacious. Only concern I had with the room was the floors were old and the wooden floors were coming off but this was only in room 6. Others seem to have newer floors. Comfortable bed. Unfortunately TV wasn’t working since there was an issue with the cable payment per the staff. Breakfast was good. Every day it changes but you always get croissant, Orange juice and coffee(Latte or Americano or Espresso etc.). Breakfast area also becomes a bar in the evening. Staff were wonderful. I had interactions with all of them. Very friendly people. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Amazing location, very central. Rooms were comfortable, albeit slightly noisy from the main road outside but I still had a decent sleep. Value for money was great and staff were all very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was delicious, great coffee, fresh bread and croissants and eggs made to order. Would definitely recommend :)

Good breakfast. Arranged even a taxi in the night. Like some others commented are the pictures on tripadvisor better than the rooms but its still good quality for th price. The people working on the weekend were very nice but it changed on monday. More interested about smoking (between the guests) and starting arguing about en extra coffee. Spoiled the good feeling.

We arrived late in Tirana and after some hussle with the arranged pick up we arrived at the hotel. It is a little hidden so you must know it or direct in front of the entrance. It's in the first floor and after climbing up the stairs and a warm welcome the room was shown us. Even not so big it was clean and cosy. Also the bath was of the smaller one. But seems to be in Common. Not seldom we have to step over the Toilette to go into the shower. In the morning breakfast was served on the small terrace. It was not a buffet but a Plate with a fruit selection, bread basket and fresh made toast that day. This may vary. The hotel was also located close to city Center, so 5-10 minutes to walk. So for me a very nice hotel for staying 1-2 days discovering Tirana. It's a simple and small hotel with friendly people. Don't expected extraordinary services.

I was fortunate that I accidentally overbooked and was given a space in this hotel. The owner Sui was so kind and immediately came, introduced herself, her life in Tirana and the lovely hotel staff. The rooms are cosy and unique , clean and satisfying. Eros the husband of Sui, personally served my breakfast the next day, as I had missed the breakfast that morning. Breakfast is a lovely selection, and the outdoor and indoor eating spaces are comfortable and creative. The rooms have lovely spaces to work or read - a big plus for me : I’m a writer. I’m a guest that likes - or doesn’t like a space. I am very happy to have come across this lovely space in the heart of Blloku. Service is not a job - it’s a personal choice , way of life and you definitely experience this at ARTISTIC HOTEL.

Friendly staff and great location. But the floor of wooden planks needs renovation. Sharp edges of nails are sticking up through the floor in the room I had, meaning you need to wear shoes not to get hurt.

I will make this simple: * Location - Excellent. This is the main reason for us to choose this hotel * People/Service - Excellent. People were very accommodating and helpful. Always smiling and attentive. A joy to be with (Sei in particular) * Price - Excellent. Another reason to be here. Prices are very reasonable for the location the hotel is in * Functionality - just about functional. There is bathroom/shower/cold/hot water, TV etc. But they are in poor shape. So, they do the job, but just about. * Conditions - Poor. This is a very 'tired' place. It looks like some other type of building which was repurposed as a hotel. Rooms can go from OK to just about a dump (I saw three rooms altogether). I agree with other reviewers who assessed that it is not anything like the pictures. Great job on those pictures, by the way. They are indeed from the place, but great work to make them look so much better than the place. Overall, this would work great as a budget accommodation for someone who is OK for those conditions. But don't be fooled by the pictures and assume you are getting something more than it is. Personally, I am used to a bit of better standard and knowing what I know now, I would have picked another place for a little bit more money

Lovely people work in Artistic Tirana Blloku.. a la Carta breakfast very delicious with a very close and nice service. Location can not be better if you want to have fun you will find a lot of bars restaurants and cafés very close and what is most important is that in the hotel you don't gonna hear any noise from outside. See you in the future

Perfect located in a busy area with various Restaurants and Bars. Nice Hotelbar, friendly Stuff, Good Breakfast included. Very central und Tirana, the romm is nice, all you Need for a low price! Come here to have a Good time in Tirana!
