希爾頓歡朋飯店-提華納奧塔伊(Hampton Inn by Hilton Tijuana Otay)

Los 2 chicos de recepción turno matutino y la chica de turno vespertino 10/10, súper amable en todo momento. Lo que me desagrado bastante es que un mesero (capitán de mesero, ya que era el único que vestia de chaleco) súper mal encarado y con los huéspedes extranjeros súper servicial, se le preguntaba algo y contestaba de una forma muy mal pero a los extranjeros totalmente diferentes super servicial.

First the room smelled like sewage and the smell never went away Second, I order food from the bar around 8pm I ask how long for the food to get to the room they said about 15 minutes 50 minutes later I got my food (tacos) tortillas were hard and cold meat was cold and hard to eat and the fries were also cold. For the money I payed you would expect the food quick and hot but it was cold Every time I visit tj I wanted to stay there but never again even though I’m a Hilton honors member Staff members are great! But room and food were very disappointing

I booked a double bed room both beds were dirty both beds had hairs on them and the covers were dirty you can tell right away since the bedding sheets are white. We brought this up to the attention of the front desk both front desk attendants were very nice and very professional they had us move rooms right away. Breakfast was good and the service provided by the staff was excellent. The location is a bit desolate and about 20min away from the city. Front desk staff and breakfast staff thank you for the great service. Would I stay here again… NO I would not

No me gusto que hayan abusado con la tarifa, ya que despues de reservar en pesos, me salieron que la tarifa era en dolares a un tipo de cambio de 20 pesos, por lo que me hicieron pagar de mas a la tarifa que habia considerado en la app de *******.

Al llegar me dieron una tarifa mas cara de la cotizada en la reservación. Hasta que mostré correo, la corrigieron y entonces se me dio habitación diferente. Desconozco si el problema es con ******* o el hotel

Al llegar nos dijeron que no estaba confirmada las habitaciones ( 3 ) tuvimos que reservar ahí con un costo mucho más elevado eso hizo que estuviéramos una hora y media esperando la entrega de la habitación con una niña de dos años a la 12 de la medianoche Pésimo servicio nunca nos había pasado algo así

En plan familiar no se los recomiendo es un hotel de paso y se escuchan todos los ruidos (no puedes Dormir de los gemidos de las habitaciones del lado que escuchas toda la noche y da pena cuando llevas hijos) de las habitaciones pegadas
