The shower was bad. One of the shower doors kept opening during my shower, and the stream of water was not good.

The property itself was nice, however, the front desk clerk who checked me in, once he saw that I had booked with a 3rd party, became cold (for reference, the woman who checked in before me was asked if she was a Hilton rewards member because her reservation was made by her employer, was told about breakfast, internet, where her room was located, etc) and quietly mentioned about breakfast and no more. I had booked an accessible room due to my daughter being in a wheelchair and when we got to the room, discovered that it was not an accessible room. After 12 hours in the car and multiple pieces of luggage being unloaded into the room, I was too tired and angry to go back down to the desk and deal with the front desk clerk. As the “face” of the hotel, I expect that the front desk staff will be friendly to all patrons, regardless of how they made their reservation.

Great hotel, Staff was always away from desk, probably working elsewhere. Heater and AC were on auto kept switching from one to the other all night. Controls were not user friendly. Didn’t contact the office so I can’t complain too much.

We have stayed here twice. We chose it both times because of the combination location (western side of Richmond area), cost and trust in the brand. Both stays have been fine. Facilities are in good shape and staff was friendly.

It was fantastic. So facility was clean of the whistle. Quiet comfortable couldn’t ask for any better.

We had a problem with our bill. Was not the hotel's fault. seemed to be a computer error,. The manager, Nicole, quickly took care of things when I pointed out the error. She was friendly and efficient. Hats off to her and the other young lady at the front desk. ( did not get her name). Also, we found out the hotel was full due to a marathon that was being held that weekend. I will say, we barely new they were there as the hotel was quiet.

I didn’t like that there was no table, no bathtub, trash under pull out bed

My family of 3 only stayed one night and it was very comfortable. What I appreciate the most was the ability for early check in. That meant A LOT! Our room was very clean. Our bathroom was stacked with towels and toiletries. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was very good. Excellent in all facets. I do believe some of the a/c heater units have gotten old. The unit in our room 232 was extremely noisy. Fortunately the weather was mild. But that is a maintenance issue that should be addressed. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very good. We have stayed here many times in the past. Great location.
