This hotel would have got 5 star from me for every aspect if not for its mess over my bill. The hotel, in all fairness, is really good. It’s clean, reasonably spacious, and it’s tastefully decorated. More importantly, it has everything! All kitchen ware, washing machine, dryer, etc etc all in the room itself. Perfect for us who are on a long travel itinerary. Highly recommended. However, after I checked out, they charged me for the nights that I’ve already prepaid. When I got in touch by email, no response. By phone, the receptionist said she couldn’t do anything. Only the manager could handle it and he/she only comes on Sundays. On Sunday, I couldn’t get through the phone. So I’m getting help from a Trip.com agent. So far, this matter is still hanging. Hopefully it can be resolved soon and the overcharge can be refunded.

Emplacement parfait, appartement spacieux et très propre. La piscine et la laverie dans l’appartement est un plus!

Perfecte studio, met alles erin. Koffie cupjes met melk, melkschuimer, heerlijk balcon, heerlijke bedden, snel internet, schoon, kortom super.

It was marketed as being pool side it was not pool side it was on first floor and unless you stood on balcuny far corner you could not even see the pool.

We loved our stay in this very modern and well appointed studio room. Special features like heated bathroom mirrow and bath with jets and beautiful extra jets in shower made it very luxurious.The small kitchen and laundry was an unexpected extra and made it so much more comfortable. Cleanliness was great and the location in the CBD allowed us to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Always try to book here when in Nelson. We stayed in a suite this time with a full kitchen, dining and living room. It was the last room available. Everything was good but just too big for us. Kept having water leaking outside the shower and the pressure wasn’t great. Also there’s no privacy (from living room) when using the toilet. Sliding door doesn’t close properly or lock and has a decent size gap where you can see out of - or others can see in! Will stick with the studio in future.
