QT惠靈頓飯店(QT Wellington, an EVT Hotel)

Big rooms and beautiful artsy hotel! So convinience as it by the bay and full of great restos!

Literie confortable, mais le service est déplorable; notre chambre n’était pas nettoyée toute la journée et il fallait faire rappel 2 fois pour qu’en fin quelqu’un vient pour ke faire..pas très bien pour l’ hôtel 5 étoiles! L’hôtel est très sombre , tout est en couleur noir ( design??) ns n’avons pas apprécié.

excellent stay- great food and super room. 1st hotel we've found with a dysan hair dryer.. Handy for the town and the museum. Great art work too. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The QT Hotel is a lovely place to stay. It is also a short walk to food places, Te Papa and the harbour area. It is also right next door to a new world supermarket. I stayed in an apar**ent with a kitchen so I had bought back takeaways to eat in the room. I have also ordered their room service. The food was great but due to delivery time, the food especially the chips got cold quickly but still lovely steaks. There is no room service due to covid restriction. The rubbish drawer does smell a bit after 6 days. You can call for services using an app but I haven't used it except for ordering room service. The only down side is, despite lots of wall lights, the room was still too dark for me to read a book on the sofa or at the desk. The only place I can read a book is on the bed with the LED head board light.

I stayed in the standard room at 3rd floor in the main building. Not as amazing as most of the comments says. Curtains has to be closed to keep privacy from the apar**ent building where about 20 meters away… Hotel room has fashioned fit out but small with noise aircon. Also the noise from the hallway was so bad. Kind of nightclub type hotel but not a luxury one. Good location to the waterfront. Breakfast choices are quite standard. Table service could be improved. Like pour you a cup of coffee to start your meal.

After staying here numerous times I was disappointed with our most recent stay. I had a terrible sleep, kept awake by the noise from the restaurant / bar downstairs, partygoers from nearby C/Place and from cars zooming up and down the street. Breakfast at Hippo was terrible - the food took 50 minutes to arrive and was not to their usual high standards. The bacon looked grey and steamed and the poached eggs were watery.
