水自由飯店(Hotel Aqua Liberty)

Комната оказалась грязной. Персонал непрофессиональный. Особенно женщина менеджер, настоящая хамка. Мы пожаловались на грязь в комнате, и попросили дать другую. Нам сказали позвонить менеджеру. Ей не понравилось что мы звоним и та нахамила нам. Ещё они пытались взять с нас больше денег на ресепшене. Остерегайтесь обмана.

Muchas mentiras en este hotel , primero … mi reserva es por *********** y quería ampliar algunas noches … querían cobrarme en efectivo , pero insistí pagar con la tarjeta ( menos mal ) , segundo pedi factura de las ampliación siempre me decía que la encargada me lo iba hacer y nunca me lo hizo y por último me querían cobrar varias bebidas en el mini bar , que no lo he consumido . Los primeras noches de *********** obligaron a poner buena puntuación con mucha insistencia .

The hotel staff are very friendly the breakfast was ok but we had the same issue in our two times stay as both bathrooms in the two different rooms was horrible smelling and the second room the sink was leaking in the floor I throw up from the bathroom smell both times and the smell was all over the rooms in both times. When we had this incident in the first time we were promised that they will make it up to us in the second time but it never happened. I will never forget this bad experience and I will never book in this hotel again and I don’t recommend it to anyone .

I plannrd to book this hotel for 2 weeks. Yhe location is ideal. The manager seemed to be an engaging young woman who spoke English very well. I asked to see the room and though not my taste it was large and comfortable. Across the hall, a film crew was shooting a movie about terrorism. When I asked about the noise and the crowd I was assured by her that they would be finished by 6:00 PM. No problem. I went to dinner and returned at 9 00 PM only to find that they were still there. They remained until 1,:30 AM with continuous yelling and noise despite several requests to lower their voices and stop banging my door. The next morning I asked to speak to the manager who was home sleeping. I asked her if she knew about the time the film crew left. She said 1:00 AM. I corrected her and told her I was canceling my booking. Because the hotel terminal was not working at checking I was asked to pay $100 cash for the first night. She was unhappy Bout the cancelation and assured me my remaining stay would be fine. My response? If you lied to me once, why not again. She knew the crew would be there all night. No offer was made to compensate me. I travel constantly. Places like this need to be unmasked for what they are. Rip offs.

Hello we book rooms in the hotel and we pay full amount for the ********** then when we come to the hotel they tell us : "we dont have any reservations for you and we are fully booked so if you want to return the money you have to make cancellation right now and we will send report for the ********** to tell them the cancellation from us " ! The hotel management was obnoxious in dealing and it turned out later that they have rooms, but they did not want us to stay for unknown reasons ,I saw a group of people in the same time asking about the availability of rooms, and the roud short hair cut woman wich work in the reciption answered them that there were a number of rooms!all of this tell them this is heard from me and my family! we suffered in this day it was bussy hot day in Tbilisi and we have children they are very tired after 5 hours trip also we dont have car and it was almost impassible to find another hotel in the same day we wear walking in the streets with children looking for any place to stay with degree of 107 F we made several calls to solve this problem with no answers or any helping from ********** and am still calling and reporting my case they tell me they will send email and am waiting from jully until now I hope that no one will take the risk and book into this hateful hotel and suffer as my family and I suffered on that day And I think that the most important thing in hotel management is the good trea**ent of customers, especially the reception staff.

The room carpet was stained and dirty. Nobody cared even after complaining

Terrible experience, At first only the location is good. Everything is outdated. The room smelled of food. When we entered there was a wrong name as a welcome on the tv. The room was small and not according to that was shown on the picture. At 2.30 in the morning the phone of our room went off. After complaining they simply denied it happened?! The carpet was covered with stains that looked like someone puked there. They try to avoid bad reviews by using two names Aqua liberty is their name on the building but online they are only findable under Aqua freedom

After reading all the reviews, frankly speaking, I’m not much surprised... People, how much evil do you have? At the moment, my mother and I have checked into this hotel for three days. Everything is fine. Very clean, perfect service, great staff. Regarding the location, it’s safe, I come here all the time Moreover, for such a low price in the very center of the city this is a gift...👌

I was traveled to Tbilisi in December from 15-17 I like the location it is in city center and I was near to restaurants and Gallery mall. Staffs were helpful. When I reserved the room in Aqua Liberty Hotel they tell me that my reservation is without window room and they show me the information message which was sent to me on the booking application from the hotel and about the room information, hopefully they had rooms in those date and they updated me in to with window room.
