Had an outstanding experience at Mountain Creek Motel and Restaurant, with a special shoutout to Saanvi! Her delightful service and fantastic meal recommendations made our visit truly enjoyable. The entire staff went above and beyond, ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Good experience, beautiful views. Restaurant on the premises with delicious Indian food and also some Australian . Welcoming owners, smooth check in and out. The room was spacious for two, great beds, tea/coffee facilities. A lot of facilities , we didn’t use any due to the time of year and only staying one night. Full functioning kitchen, swimming pool. Our room was apparently switched last moment and we had no towels, which I only discovered next morning. Before 9 in the evening and after 9 in the morning the owners are available va phone, so not right time to get towels for me I left something in the room, rang the next day and very obliging to sent it in the post when I asked to do so. A good experience with still a personal touch to check in😁

The property is a bit old and it's not a super modern place by any stretch. But it's super convenient, and has a great vibe.

We arrived late after a long day of driving/touring. The owners booked us a room over the phone as our internet reception wasn’t very good. The owners also sent us a menu over the phone & we were able to book our dinner which was ready for us on arrival. The check in was easy. The room was a little pricey for what I would consider a 3 star hotel. The room could sleep 5 (albeit cramped if you had 5 people & luggage & ski gear) - 2 on a queen bed & 3 singles. Clearly this hotel is set up to accommodate groups during ski season. There was pump soap in the bathroom & tea & coffee making facilities. The room was adequate for our needs. We didn’t stay for breakfast. My only complaint (& I don’t say this lightly) the Indian curries we had for our dinner we’re quite awful. So salty & lacking any nice flavour. The garlic naan was definitely not house made - frozen piece of dried up prepackaged cardboard (even tho we were told it was freshly cooked) & the raita was like salty water too. Sorry guys but you have to do better in this regard as Indian food is one of my fav cuisines. It was very disappointing as we were hungry & there was nowhere else nearby to get food.

Beautiful location and view from the balcony outside the room, which was well appointed and comfortable. Excellent Indian meal in the restaurant. Polite and helpful staff.

We had been on the road for 10 days, and this was the best sleep we had! Staff were great, really helpful and accommodating

Excellent, reliable service, clean linen and peaceful environment. Highly recommended for family stays. The staff (Ojus) was very friendly. Ample parking, peaceful calm and quiet surroundings. Safe place for family stays.

Pretty basic accommodation (sleeps 5 in one room) which is fine if you are only looking for a bed and shower. Has a restaurant & bar so one can fuel up for the early start

A decent night's sleep had in a standard motel room. The on-site Indian restaurant is a real bonus as Mt Beauty itself is 5 km away. No breakfast served. Pool and jacuzzi provided. Highlight is what's outside - the view across cow pastures to the Mt Bogong range.
