聖多米尼克宮飯店(San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel)

We stayed at San Domenico Palace for a special occasion and our stay was beyond special! We are regular FS stayers and were upgraded upon check-in to an incredible suite with heated private pool overlooking the bay which was fantastic. Everything I had planned for this special occasion was meticulously prepared and flawlessly executed, thanks the whole team for that & special thanks to the guest relations manager! Small gifts and niceties in the suite upon first entry and when we left - with handwritten personalised notes were really special and much appreciated. The highlight is the perfectly kept garden and the pool, it is beyond beautiful and in our opinion even more beautiful and spectacular than the grounds & pool of the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat. Staff amazing, food amazing, whole experience amazing! Thanks again to the whole Team at FS San Domenico Palace for an unforgettable stay!

Wow! This hotel is a dream! Located on beautiful grounds of Italian gardens! The traditional charm meets a modern elegance, We stayed in a large suite that was bigger than anything I expect in Europe. We had enough room for all our luggage since we were traveling through Europe for a month. My 3 kids were spoiled with goodies, balloons, and treated like royalty. There were great accommodations for my baby with crib, diapers, wipes, all baby essentials. The breakfast was delicious, Staff was exceptional. This hotel goes on my top list for service! The poolgrounds and views were breathtaking! The housekeeping team was impeccable! Everything was cleaned to the tee. I walked in on them once and they were doing a full review of their cleaning with a checklist and all. The hotel left beautiful gifts of quality daily for us. Concierge was amazing! We had a hiccup with a restaurant reservation and they quickly figured it out for our family. From the staff outside the hotel to the staff inside greeted each of us by formal name, never forgetting our faces each time they encounter you. On the day we were leaving, there was a fire on the island which closed the airport down, The front desk staff were so attentive and on it. They came to inform us and rebooked our flights out of Palermo, contacted our next hotel to arrange airport transfers for our new flights, and arranged for immediate transportation to Palermo (a 3 hour drive). I was so impressed that in such a stressful situation, I barely had to lift a finger. I will forever be grateful to the staff and the service they gave us and the warm hospitality my family received throughout the entire stay. We definitely would love to visit again and can't stop raving to everyone about how amazing this hotel was!

Siamo a Taormina in vacanza dove stiamo trascorrendo dei giorni meravigliosi, (Non alloggiamo al Four Seasons, ma in un altro bellissimo 5*L) e decidiamo di andare al San Domenico Palace per un aperitivo, e per prenotare al ristorante Principe Cerami da Massimo Mantarro, per la cena di uno dei prossimi giorni. Arriviamo all’ingresso e chiediamo di poter entrare per bere qualcosa e per prenotare una cena al ristorante… risposta, “Mi spiace, possono entrare solo le persone alloggiate o chi ha una prenotazione” ok dico io, mi accompagni al ristorante che faccio la prenotazione per la cena di una di queste sere, risposta, “Vada sul sito web, e prenoti da lì, ma credo che per i clienti esterni non ci sia posto” Un vero peccato, che si sia scivolati tanto in basso, in ospitalità e cordialità… Grazie lo stesso, ceneremo altrove, ed abbiamo bevuto un fantastico aperitivo circondati dalla simpatia e cordialità tipica siciliana, che fortunatamente ancora esiste in moltissimi posti a Taormina.

無法預訂或享用…飲料或餐點…。從聖多梅尼科......從現在開始，「這是四個季節的政策」......接下來的幾個月都是滿的......而沒有人在這座非常美麗的古老修道院的走廊上喝一杯或散步!!!太浪費了！！！第四季太可笑了！！！靈魂、氣氛，一切都消失了！！！

Nulla da dire sull’albergo e sulla qualità dei servizi resi. Ristorante Princioe Cerami 🔝 Manca un eliporto in zona che a dir il vero esiste a Taormina centro ma non è fruibile alla migliore clientela motivo per il quale atterrare a Fiumefreddo da Malta non è conveniente dovendo percorrere parecchi km nel traffico, scegliendo di andare piuttosto a Capri. Nessun GM si interessa affinché Taormina possa essere facilmente raggiungibile in elicottero 🚁 Un altro suggerimento per il management delFour Seasons San Domenico è di creare una SPA vera e propria con piscina coperta fruibile a chi, anche in estate non può prendere sole. Ad mejora…..

Tutto perfetto. Location magnifica , la nostra stanza con ampio terrazzo. aveva una vista sia sull Etna che sul mare. Servizi e personale impeccabili. Una nota di merito ai ragazzi della piscina veramente eccezionali. Ospiti dell hotel 95% stranieri

After being in Sicily for more than a month, now I can say (after staying in the best hotels of the island) that this is not worth the price. Cold staff, not very efficient, bad concierge service, poor food at breakfast.

Bel posto ci sono andato a luglio ed è stato molto gradito.... consigli di andare ovviamente a chi se lo può permettere ... complimenti al personale e al comune sono rimasto colpito dallo splendore grazie

Das gesamte Hotel ist eine Show. Wunderschön ausgestattet Mega Design. Die Bar im Innenhof lädt zum Verweilen rein. Live Music, gute Auswahl an Drinks, angemessene Preise, Megastyle Mega Service. Immer wieder sehr gerne. Die Bar ist auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlenswert, ein Muss.
