The difference in the costs when we had to evacuate should have been taken care of in our cost we already paid especially since it was their sister hotel. Had to spend a lot more for 2 days less than .8 miles away. Anything you let the staff know about anything “I’m sorry”.That certainly doesn’t fix or help ANYTHING! Watch your fingers in their lounge chairs! I almost lost my index finger! It fell and smashed my finger BAD!!!!!! I should’ve went to the hospital! We we’re going home the next day. I typically loves this hotel apparently Tampa is not like most of the others I’ve visited. Very, very dissatisfied!!

Walking distance to aquarium, U Tampa, and several nice restaurants. Starbucks on site. Hotel itself doesn’t have a restaurant. Parking is on site and easy in and out. Rates seemed to be raised when we went because they knew it was family weekend.

Very clean property, large rooms, rooftop pool was nice. However, the property is not easy to find, even with an address in the GPS. We looped the block three times before finding the hotel. It has a corner Starbucks which we saw each time we looped the block. The Starbucks' sign was twice the size of the tiny hotel sign. The main problem was the road noise. I'm not sure why, but throughout the night, at least as late as 2am, cars were revving their engines as they passed the hotel. We stayed 3 nights, and it happened every night. We were up on the 6th floor, and the noise was so loud we could not sleep.

Great place. All of the staff was super friendly. Always there to open a door or hold an elevator if my hands were full. The room was clean and comfortable.

Paying for parking in hotel deck after you had paid for the hotel stay.No one told me you had to pay for parking. Charges parking was expensive on a daily basis

The staff was friendly ,But the room we stay that bathroom door couldn’t knock and lobby of this property wasn’t clean too.

They didn’t have our reservation in their system. They found it on a different day. Luckily they were able to move it. Other than that everything was nice.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. They were busy but took the time to answer our questions and help us get to the Amalie Arena. They even gave us a map and showed us a walking route as well as the free trolley. Breakfast was very good too!
