major mess up with my reservation/booking. The hotel claimed that my reservation was changed for a week earlier (March 2 and 3) and as a consequence, I was charged for the room as a no-show (????? ). I booked through ******* for March 7 and 8 and have no evidence/notification of any change to the booking.
It was very annoying as the hotel staff was openly expressing their disbelieve that they might have made a mistake. They seem to be convinced that I have called the hotel to make the change (???)
