Very friendly staff, went out of their way to interact or assist. Not afraid to use humour or personalize your stay.

Room was large as I was given a suite which was nice. The bed was kind of uncomfortable and the upstairs neighbors and the a/c unit were loud but overall I had a pleasant one night stay.

Bed Bugs! We left our hotel immediately after we found bed bug. They could not find us another room in the hotel citing reason that all rooms are occupied already. We were left stranded at 9 PM without alternate accommodation. We had to pack and leave back to Seattle at 9 PM ending our vacation in between. Kids felt bad to end vacation in between. They did not accept it was a bed bug. They did refund hotel room charge (minus taxes) however that cannot compensate for ruining our family vacation.

We chose this hotel partly because it had a hot tub, only to find it was shut down. The noise from the room above us was terribly loud and breakfast was boring.

Staff really cared about our comfort and enjoyment during our stay. The room was great and had plenty of amenities. The pool was really enjoyable too. Will absolutely come again.

The smell of **** and cigarette smoke in the halls was a turn off. Plumbing issues in the shower, water backs up. Staff helpful.

Old and dated, but reasonably clean. We had a dumpster/filthy parking lot view

The check-in was exceptional and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Although the area around the hotel isn't the best, the hotel staff made me feel extremely safe by having the front door locked at all times. Would definitely stay here again!

The customer service is awesome, we got a goodie bag when we checked in. Very welcoming staff. Good room. Clean , comfortable and everything you need
