Perfect cozy apar**ents

Check-in was smooth but when we got to our room, it was filthy and messy. It was not cleaned after previous guests. Beds were messy and trash everywhere. Then they cleaned the room and we got it 2 hours after official checkin time. We did not get our room and the owners havent answered the phone once since ive been trying to call them for 3 days now. Very disapointing because we love that place since we visited there before and they have great views and near places we like to visit.

Incredible location walked everywhere. Beautiful views from the room. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Everything was convenient and comfortable. However, the bed and sleeper couch were very uncomfortable and the room needs to have black out curtains for the long hours of sunlight - both of which made it difficult to sleep.

The location is excellent and the staff downstairs is helpful, but they do not actually work for Lighthouse apar**ents, only hand out keys, so they cannot do much if there is something wrong. The description of the flats is not correct - the description states there will be bathrobes. Nope. The description states there will be a coffee machine. No, there is none. The description states there is a big TV with cable, and yes, there is indeed a big TV, but apparently the batteries for one of the remote controls need changing, so it does not work. The staff downstairs can apparently only email the owners and ask them to buy more batteries. So, during our stay, no functional TV either. The flats are very clean but very basic and VERY small. The description states they sleep max four people, and maybe four very small individuals can find enough room, but I was struggling with just myself and my teenage son. The sofabed that doubles as the extra bed is super uncomfortable. The view from the balcony is amazing though, but as our room, one with views towards the old town, also faces a rather busy street, one may want to pack earplugs as well.

The apar**ents are on a busy road in a very good location. It is only a few minutes walk from the walls of the Old Town and also a few minutes walk from the Port passenger terminal. There are supermarkets, shops, shopping centres, restaurants and bars within a couple of minutes from the front door. The apar**ent itself is comfortable with a comfortable bed and good shower. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the space is big enough and also comfortable. The kitchen is equipped but not well equipped. A coffee mug, a wine glass and tea towel would have made a massive difference. Having the WiFi instructions printed somewhere in the apar**ent would also be nice. I would definitely stay there again and I can also recommend it. Staff are really friendly as well. If you are a light sleeper, bear in mind that the tram line runs from very early in the morning until late in the evening and you can hear it every few minutes.

The room was cute online but after check-in first I realized the room didn’t have a sea view as advertised, then i realized there were no towels and then no toilet paper. I tried contacting the property to resolve these issues from day one and to ask for the wifi password but there was no response on their end. It was sad because I was so excited to stay with this property but it ended up being a giant disappoin**ent… save yourself the time and effort and book with another property.

The room and location were ok. I was waiting for a little bit more luxury and more clean room. The roof was so close to the bed I was scared I'll hit my head.
