On March 3, 2024, I had a disappointing experience at OYO Hotel Paradise Inn (13583). Despite booking a room for a 4:00 AM check-in, upon arrival, the receptionist claimed no rooms were available, contradicting the online availability. When questioned, he admitted offline rooms were available but at a much higher price than our online booking. It seemed they were deliberately withholding online rooms to charge inflated offline rates. The receptionist's aggressive demeanor was unprofessional. I suggest the OYO invest in training their staff on effective customer communication. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its poor service and disrespectful trea**ent of customers
