Estancia was a great place to stay at when in Tagaytay. There is a Starbucks that is a 2-minute walk from the resort. There are great restaurants and a church that are not too far. Quite a bit of walk from the entrance to the unit we stayed at. There are stairs on the side of units, and you can walk to the rooftop to enjoy the view of Taal. The place is quiet and at night you can just relax on the balcony looking out to Taal lake, enjoying coffee and an intimate conversation with your significant other. We saw several units that have a great view of Taal, so we'll definitely book one of those units when we visit Tagaytay again. Last but not the least, the staff at Estancia are friendly.

It was our first time here and will definitely come back. The place is relaxing. Some of the staff are nice and friendly some are not. The room we booked is spacious can fit more than 2 people. The only downside is the amenities and breakfast buffet. Food varieties is not worth the price. Nothing much to do inside Anya but if you're looking for a chill place and have a quiet conversation this is a place for you. Hoping the next time they will add more amenities like sauna and other activities to do inside.

I booked this for my client and the feedback was all very good. I highly recommended this hotel.

Location is great as it is in the center of the city and is in between two malls. Staffs are great - we were allowed early check in at 11:30am since out room is already available that time, and we were able to leave our baggage in the lobby for a while after check-out. Facilities are okay - there is a mini fridge, safety deposit box, in-room slippers, and hot shower is also available. We did not try the breakfast as many reviews mentioned it is not buffet style.

The place was good and all the staff were very welcoming. The amenities in the rooms are not yet completed, like side table and hand wash in bathroom. But the rest is good. Especially the location and the weather is very nice.
