Big room and bathtub we enjoyed our stay.

Kulang-kulang sa gamit. King size bed pero 2 lang ang unan. Wala man lang bolster or throw pillows. Yung bath robe isa lang kahit na malinaw na for 2 guests yung room. Ang bagal din ng service sa resto. Almost 30mins para sausage/bacon egg and fried rice. Walang offer na kahit ano, kami pa nagtanong kung may coffee at kung anong klaseng luto yung egg na gusto namin .madumi din yung jacuzzi, kami lang din naglinis. Ang in*** pa ng guests sa upper floor.. we just didn't let our Christmas to be ruined but we will never book there again

Supplier Review: Villa Ibarra Tagaytay We held our wedding last November 9, 2025 at Villa Ibarra Tagaytay, right when Typhoon Uwan made landfall — and despite the challenging weather, our event was beautiful and successful thanks to their amazing team. A huge thank you to Ms. Marian and Sir Rob for being incredibly hands-on and supportive from start to finish. They made sure everything was prepared, organized, and running smoothly, even with the sudden changes brought by the typhoon. Their calmness and professionalism truly helped ease our worries. To all the Villa Ibarra staff, thank you for going above and beyond. Everyone was attentive, accommodating, and ready to assist anytime we needed something. Their waiters, housekeeping and security staffs were excellent — very polite, quick, and consistently checking on our guests’ needs. Despite the weather, our special day turned out perfect, and we are so grateful to have celebrated it in a venue with such a dedicated and hardworking team. Highly recommending Villa Ibarra Tagaytay for couples looking for a dependable venue with exceptional service. ❤️

抜群のタール湖ビューと親切なスタッフ 何と言ってもここの1番の売りはタール湖の眺望です。雨季の9月下旬にファミリールームに2泊しましたが、それでも雲が薄くなる数時間は考えられないほどの絶景が楽しめます。部屋は広く、キングサイズのベッドが2台とカウチのリビングセットもあり、リラックスできました。部屋から出られるバルコニーにテーブルと椅子が置いてあるので、そこで絶景を見ながらお茶をすれば、時を忘れられます。他にどこに行く必要もないくらいタガイタイを満喫してできます。タガイタイの街自体は、特に週末はマニラからの観光客が多いせいか、道路が大渋滞を起こします。そのクルマやバイクの排気ガスがひどくて、道路脇の道を20分程度歩いただけでも、喉が痛くなりました。ビライバラ周辺の道を歩いて、スタバやバッグオブビーンズなどのレストランやアラヤモールまで行きたいと思っている人はマスク必携です。アラヤモールまで行きたいのなら、ホテルのスタッフに頼んでタクシーを呼んでもらう方がいいです。200ペソくらいです。タガイタイではinDriveというカーライドアプリが使えると聞いてインストールしてきましたが、ここに来て5日目になりますが、上手くいったことがありません。いつも親切なホテルスタッフに、運賃の確認も含めてタクシーを呼んでもらっています。朝ごはんにはカリカリベーコンのついたアメリカンブレックファーストを注文しました。疲れた胃に適量でありがたかったですが、味は普通です。ランチも一度いただきましたが、こちらはおいしかったです。部屋数が少ない上に、平日には宿泊客がグッと減るので静かでいいです。結婚式パーティーもできるくらいのいい雰囲気と絶景のあるホテルです。親切なスタッフもいて、小規模のホテルを堪能したければオススメです。

I've been coming to the phillipines for several years, have been to a vast variety of hotels from small to big, but as hard as this is to say, this must have been the worse hotel I have stayed at. I'll start with the positive and the overwhelmingly negative aspects of this place. PROS: 1.) The views from the room are incredible. A crystal clear beautiful view of Mt Taal which is breathtaking, from no matter which angle of the facility your at. 2.) The location is very ideal, planting you right in the middle of Tagaytay. Quick and easy access to some of the popular sites like skyranch, to Ayala Mall. Location is nice. CONS: 1.) Rooms are dirty and extemely inadequate. I rented the honeymoon suite for my wife and I, and was shocked to see dirty bed sheets in their honeymoon suite. Along with the landline phone not working at all. The 'jacuzzi' bathtub didn't work at all, along with the water barely getting hot. The air-conditioner was an older Daiken model that sounded like an old motor bike operating. The smell on the outside of the room smelled like an open sewer as well. 2.) Room service seems non existent at this place as well. My wife and I stayed 2 nights, no room cleaning was done at all. Had to go to the front desk just to ask for a roll of toilet paper and two fresh towels. We were the only ones staying there and from someone who comes from a hospitality background, there really is no reasoning for this. 2/5 and that is being extremly generous.
