We are disappointed to read that on this occasion, your experience was below average, and we extend our apologies for the inconveniences this may have caused. To begin with, we take great pride in the high level of customer service we provide to all our guests, so we are disappointed that you have drawn the conclusion that our team were acting in a discriminating nature, as this is definitely not the case. Upon reviewing your booking details, it seems as though you were checked into your room at approximately 12:10pm, which is well before our guaranteed check-in time of 2pm. The reason as to why were assigned your original room, would have been because this was the only available one at the time of your check-in. As soon as our team were made aware that you were unsatisfied with your room, they facilitated a room move. We appreciate you bringing to our attention the issues regarding the leaking toilet and have escalated this to our engineering team for further follow-up.
