宮庭柱廊公寓(Palazzo Colonnades)

바다랑 가깝고 시내랑도 가까워서 좋습니다 ! 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 세탁기, 건조기도 사용할 수 있어서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 안에 수영장이랑 미니스파, 미니사우나, 미니헬스장 등 잘 이용하고 왔습니다 :) 전반적으로 만족해요 !!! 체크아웃 후에 주차장도 이용할 수 있더라구요 프론트데스크에 말씀하셔서 필요하신 분들은 이용해보세요 ! 어메니티는 투인원샴푸린스, 비누밖에 없으니 참고하세요.

I stayed here for eight nights. The room was very hot as the air conditioner was broken. I did asked to change rooms but They said the room was full. I had to stay without the aircon during summer time. Extremely hot. Finally they gave me a portable air con which is a bit helpful. Anyways it’s still not enough considering how much I paid for. Not very happy with my stay here and won't be back.

중심가에선 살짝 떨어져있지만 트램역 바로 앞이라 짐이동이 편해요 두번은 걸어왔는데 걸을만해요. 숙소는 좀 노후화된듯 하지만 이용하는데 큰 불편은 없었어요. 일찍 예약하기도 했지만 다른곳에 비해 저렴하게 지내서 가성비로는 괜찮은듯요.

WE had an amazing family holiday. the apar**ent was clean and the underground parking was such a piece of mind. not a far walk to cavil Ave and the tram stop right under the building was amazing. The only downside was the net kept dropping out but otherwise it was an amazing stay

**Beware when booking** I did not get what we paid for. I booked a room with 1 x queen and 2 x twin beds for 5 of us and got 1 x queen and 2 x single beds plus a fold out single bed. When queried, I was told that the ad is misleading and that configuration would go against fire regulation. Also never received my bonus food and beverage voucher - queried upon departure and was told "maybe we should have left it in your room." Also, no 'room service' so ran out of coffee and only had 1 dishwasher tablet for a 4 day stay. We were out and about all day so barely saw reception open. Some maintenance on the property wouldn't go astray either.

Room was poorly designed; 3 quarter table attatched to the bar counter with steel chairs? Very dusty. Missing PowerPoints in one of the bedrooms. Faulty or old furniture. Odours outside the room. Sauna, pool and location were a positive.

My husband and a I stayed for three nights.Lovely appar**ent near tram , two stop to ****** and two stops to cavill. This appar**ent had a nice spacious lounge area and a nice size bedroom and plenty of wardrobe space in bedroom and storage off lounge room. Highly recomend, will definitely stay again

Outdoor surroundings very tidy. Pool is a great area but pool tiles need a good clean. Building and room was tired and in need of some update. Gym equipment needs maintenance. Great location and small, so less people.

I would not recommend Palazzo Colonnades. The check-in process was fine, and the staff working on reception were always friendly, though the state of the apar**ent and common areas were horrible. Our bathroom had an incredibly unpleasant sewer smell for the entire stay, when bringing this to receptions attention, she mentioned she could put some 'draino' down the drain, though this did not help. The kitchen pots and pans were incredibly old, peeling, scratched and unsafe to use. The mattresses were not able to be slept on. They were beyond uncomfortable. We had to purchase mattress toppers on our holiday to be able to sleep. And small things, such as the vacuum supplied with the room did not work (at all) due to it being full of other people's hair, food scraps and rubbish, we were provided no plug for the sinks and the exhaust fan was useless in the bathroom. Along with all of this, the overall state of the room was terrible. The carpets were stained and filthy in each room. The furniture in the lounge room all had severe water damage at the legs, showing swelling and flakes falling off. The walls were all covered in dirt marks and scuffs. When mentioning the common areas, the pool was dirty and the pool ladder was unstable, the spa jets were unable to be used & the gym can't exactly be called a gym. We will not be coming back and I wouldn't recommend anybody to stay here either. Note: the pots/ pans, vacuum and sink were all provided/ replaced.
