宮庭柱廊公寓(Palazzo Colonnades)

바다랑 가깝고 시내랑도 가까워서 좋습니다 ! 숙소 컨디션도 좋고 세탁기, 건조기도 사용할 수 있어서 좋아요 ㅎㅎ 안에 수영장이랑 미니스파, 미니사우나, 미니헬스장 등 잘 이용하고 왔습니다 :) 전반적으로 만족해요 !!! 체크아웃 후에 주차장도 이용할 수 있더라구요 프론트데스크에 말씀하셔서 필요하신 분들은 이용해보세요 ! 어메니티는 투인원샴푸린스, 비누밖에 없으니 참고하세요.

중심가에선 살짝 떨어져있지만 트램역 바로 앞이라 짐이동이 편해요 두번은 걸어왔는데 걸을만해요. 숙소는 좀 노후화된듯 하지만 이용하는데 큰 불편은 없었어요. 일찍 예약하기도 했지만 다른곳에 비해 저렴하게 지내서 가성비로는 괜찮은듯요.

This was a 3 day stay for support of family needing medical treatment. Property was reasonably well positioned, adjacent to tram stop. Bedrooms were small - Bedroom 1 was the size of a usual Bedroom 2; and Bedroom 2 could barely fit two single beds. Property is very 'tired'. its way past time for a full renovation, and salt air corrosion is showing on fixtures. Cleaning had some issues - a good history of breadcrumbs seen on the shelf under the toaster. Conversely, Staff were great. Really helpful.

We had a great stay at Palazzo Colonnades. The apartment was modern, bright and very big. It had a nice and quiet balcony with a great view. The pool, heated whirlpool, gym and sauna were great too. Everything was very clean (room and common areas). We would definitely come and stay at Colonnades again when we are in Gold Coast.

Hotel très bruyant , situé à 20 mêtres du tramway. Donc , on entend le tramway jusqu'à 01h00 voir 02h00 du matin. A 5h30, le camion poubelle fait un rafût monstre en ramassant les ordures ..J'ai demandé à changer : refus ce de l'acceuil, soit disant que tout était plein, ce qui faux....Cependant les logements sont confortables et spacieux .

So these are individually own apartments and are not run as a “hotel”, the owner of 807 obviously likes to cut corners. Piles of dust existed behind all furniture and behind the doors - particularly the bathroom door. They also had bothered to fix the vented aircon which would have cooled the 2 bedrooms and living area, instead they had installed a single split system in the lounge room. So neither bedroom had aircon! The management of the building need to make sure each unit is maintained to a set level as 2 bedroom apartment which has no a/c in the bedrooms should not be made available for paying customers.

Unfortunately, when you attend your holiday property, you don’t expect to have to clean it yourself… Location was great, pool area was great… the Apt (707) was basic… sheets were stained, I had to clean the bathroom and wardrobes as they were dusty… reported to staff, as housekeepers aren’t available, I was given cleaning products to do it myself.

The property was in a great location, right next to a light rail station, and was only a 15 minute walk into the main part of Surfers Paradise. The property itself had good features and our room was very spacious. The negatives were, that there needed to be a bit more attention to the cleaning in the bathroom/laundry area. Also I couldn't believe that next to a "superior" room, they would have a rubbish chute right outside the door, so at all hours you could hear the clanging of rubbish going down the chute. This was really disappointing, and when I said something to the receptionist upon leaving, it was like she couldn't have cared less, other than taking my written feedback and saying she would pass it on, there was no apology that we had to put up with that noise. So I would advise upon booking, that you check your room is nowhere near the chute.

Easy check in. Receptionist was lovely and very helpful with knowledge of the area and restaurants. The room is very large with ocean views. Parking is easy, plentiful and secure. I would definitely stay again
