Hotel Kotva - All Inclusive

Hotel idealny dla rodzin z dziećmi - kompleks basenów i zjeżdżalnie robi robotę. Jedzenie przepyszne, bardzo różnorodne i dostępne przez cały dzień. Duży wybór alkoholi i drinków. Animacje dla dzieci i dorosłych przez cały dzień, również po polsku. Cały pobyt oceniam bardzo dobrze, zarówno dzieci jak i my jesteśmy zadowoleni i myślimy o powrocie w kolejnych latach. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, tuż obok plaży. Do Nessebaru i centrum słonecznego brzegu można dojechać autobusem za 2 leva od dorosłego.

Hotel super. Pokoje sprzątane. Panie i panowie w barach są zawsze mili. Zjeżdżalnie i baseny są super. Córka nie wychodziła z wody. Były też jakieś obozy piłkarskie, ni to nie przeszkadzało, aczkolwiek ktoś mógłby nad nimi panować. Pan przy zjeżdżalniach zawsze uśmiechnięty podawal piwo. I panie co wydawały posiłki uprzejme bardzo. Plaża piękna. Dojście po chodniku z desek. Miła atmosfera. Tylko jedzenie monotonne, ale zawsze najedzeni byliśmy. Animatorzy są super. Zapraszają do zabawy.

Mój pobyt miał miejsce 11-22.06.2023. Hotel bardzo nastawiony na dzieci. Do głównych zalet mogę zaliczyć: -Apartament z dwoma pokojami jest super. Widać że są dość nowe i dobrze wykonane. Różnica w cenie jest niewielka ale komfort jest dużo większy. -Aquapark z atrakcjami idealnymi do dzieci do 10 lat. -Codzienne animacje prowadzone przez bardzo miłych ludzi. -Menu gdzie znajdziesz coś dla swojego dziecka. -Bar "Czarna Perła" tuż przy wodnych atrakcjach dla małych dzieci. Czynny od 12:00 do 18:00. Można zrezygnować z obiadów i spędzić cały dzień na leżaczkach, popijając koktajle. -Alkohol był nieznanych marek ale jakościowo dobry. Obsługa baru przyrządza dobre koktajle. -Jedzenie w głównej stołówce na początku wydawało się słabe. Potem rozeznaliśmy się co jest dobre i naprawdę nie chodziliśmy głodni. Minusy: -W zasadzie nie mam się do czego doczepić. Wszystko jak za tą cenę było w zasadzie na dobrym lub bardzo dobrym poziomie. Pamiętaj że zawsze dostajesz to za co płacisz. Wskazówki: -Rezerwowałem bezpośrednio na stronie hotelu. Wydaje mi się że to było dobre rozwiązanie. -Brak ręczników na basen. Musisz je zabrać z sobą. -Zarezerwuj apartament 2 pokojowy. Te pokoje są nowe i wygodne.

Animation staff are the friendliest people at the place and very outgoing they made our time worthwhile there to be honest. The cleaners are also friendly and deserve to be paid more than what they do for the work they do, they are worth tipping and taking care of (they are patted down at the back gate before they leave after every shift)

The guys who run the waterpolo and other activities hats off to them for being so fun and interacting with the customers around the pool, both 2 tan young fellows - great young guys 👌👌

My partner and I and our 1 year old daughter had a room booked along with 6 other families who all travelled together

They expected our 1 year old daughter to sleep in the middle of 2 single beds pushed together for 2 weeks… we had to pay 10Lev per day for a cot for her to sleep in total of 140LEV for 2 weeks (£70 odd extra ontop of what we have already paid for the room) (giving they knew we had a baby writen down for the room)
They refused to give us our passports back until it’s paid.

The food at the restaurant is the exact same stuff every single morning, afternoon and lunch with one or 2 changes per time throughout the day ; and the quality of food is shockingly bad. We ended up eating out most days not taking advantage of our Paid for All Inclusive.

Coming to the end of our stay the hotel was so packed out you could not get a seat in the restaurant, we had plates full of food and asked the lady who sits at the door of the restauraunt could we bring our food out to the lobby to eat as there are no seats and we where told no, I asked “do you want us to sit on the ground and eat?” She shrugged her shoulders due to not understanding English I’m guessing or could have just ignorance, and we left our plates of food there and walked out.

A little grumpy old man goes around the pool each day looks just like someone on their holiday (no staff attire on) and shouts at you if you have the towels from your room at the pool and confiscates them 

To go to the gym it’s 5lev for an hour which is cheap I suppose about £2.50 but I questioned why it’s not just free after all I’ve paid to stay here and use the facilities and the gym is very tiny with not much to do in it.

The bins around the pool often give off a horrendous smell which attracts a lot of flys/wasps/mosquitoes etc.. always flying around you.

The rooms are well maintained by the cleaners every day to a good standard, our room in particular however constantly had a bad smell in the bathroom must have been from the drains, the cleaners noticed without us telling them though and did bleach the drains which neutralised it for short periods each day.

Not much English is spoke by the staff it’s hard to get your point across about stuff. The bar staff in the (restaurant) are very rude and smug.
The bar staff around the pool however are nice enough and fast at giving you your drinks etc but don’t smile much ( think they are told not to interact with customers too much )

Currently day 10 at Hotel Kotva. Hotel is lovely, rooms are cleaned daily I honestly don’t agree with any of the reviews about this place being dirty! Food is repeated but this happens a lot on all inclusive holidays. Drinks are good, cocktails made up from scratch not a horrible pre mix like other holidays I’ve been on. Staff are friendly and pools are amazing! We are a family of 6 with another family of 4. We would all definitely stay here again!

Overall rating 5 out of 6. Such an average 4* hotel. Of the biggest pluses are: 1. hotel ideal for children: 3 pools with 0,6m water and each with several slides. Plus 2 pools with 1.5m water. 2. hotel with a very cool location: 150m to the beaches, 10 min by cheap city bus to Nessebar, 10 min by city bus to the center of Sunny Beach, stores with food, souvenirs, clothes, handbags, toys and pool goodies in front of the hotel entrance. 3. eating and drinking from 07:30 to 21:30 without any break. Of the positive things are: 1. Spacious rooms, large bathrooms, ample closet space. 2. daily cleaning service. 3. working air conditioning. 4. Animation for children both outside in the form of physical activities and inside (in case of rain, they will have something to do kids). 5. free ice cream from 12:00 to 17:00. 6. food prepared for every style of cuisine. On the downside: 1. food moderately tasty, clearly feel that made on a mass scale, but no wonder, there are more than 1000 people in the hotel at the same time. 2.There is noise, so if someone planned to relax in silence then not in this hotel. 3.The staff practically does not speak English at all, with basic things they have a problem. 4.The rooms are about 15 years old and you can smell the smell of old age and wear and tear, but after two days it no longer bothers you. I recommend the hotel, but only for a trip with children. Food monotonous, but every kind, so you can always find something for yourself. Close to the airport

Overall, we rate the holiday negatively. The food was unimaginative, undercooked, served several days in a row. The worst thing about the restaurant was that there was smoking in the outdoor areas, right next to the food. The cleanliness was terrible, after 4 days we had to go to the reception to ask to wash the bathroom. The swimming pools were a mess every dream, certainly no one had vacuumed them the whole time, my daughter cut her foot on a shell in it. Queues of dozens of people everywhere. For the slides, for food, for coffee. Hundreds of people everywhere, even on the beach and in Nessebar. We were on holiday with children who got a temperature of 38 degrees towards the end of our stay, all three children at once, so they must have gotten sick in the hotel. No wonder with so many people and poor hygiene. I would never go to the Hotel Kotva again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone!

Very nice hotel food is okay but staff and cleaners were a bit rude, animations team were lovely especially stephen and denislav. one member of staff in particular would not leave my 14 yr old sister alone which is pictured

Just horrible... Cleaning does not exist. Food is poor, not fresh - tomatoes from yesterday mixed with fresh. We all had issues with digestion during the stay. Found cockroaches in the bathroom (!). Do not go there, especially with small kids.
