辛塔央度假村(Cinta Sayang Resort)

Location is ok if you drive, but if not, it will be difficult to move around even within the hotel because the room from the reception is a distance away. We book for room for 2 adults and 1 kid. And we requested for one more towel because we were only given 2, they said there will be additional charges. Room condition is not the best, bathroom has mouldy odour, algae. Door lock not functioning well. On the last day we were not given bottled water, instead just an empty flask. Worst still, my son’s bolster and soft toy went missing after house keeping and they insisted they did not take it and blame it on us that we may have forgotten that we took it out. It was an extremely disappointing experience from the staff and we didnt expect things to be lost and not getting help.

Overall tempat senang nak cari..mingkin kesan dr pkp resort belum dibaikpulih sepenuhnya..service dr kaunter pelanggan baik cuba bila masuk dlm ruang resort utk ke bilik ada bau..bilik luas tp facilities terlalu lama..peti ais pun kotor mungkin sbb lama....tp harga murah bila menempah di trip.com

Overall is average. This hotel need to improve the facilities maintenance. Playground kid cannot use due to dirty and the model of animal is very danger to play. Overall is okay. Swimming pool okay. Hope management can improve on maintenance issue. Tq

Calm and peaceful resort. Room is spacious. Resort area is huge and reasonably maintained. Breakfast overlooking the golf course is great with adequate food selection. The swimming pool is also in great condition. Thumbs up to management.

我們在雙溪大年度過了三天兩夜。經理很友善，給我們免費升等了套房。房間很寬敞，提供的服務也很棒。我們喜歡那裡的氣氛。也提供游泳池和健身房。距離度假村不遠有一個美食廣場。

Nice n beautiful resort . Easy to enter the room n beside car parking. Will suggest to friend n family to stay in. Very important is affordable price.

Lobby is a bit dull. Check-in is ok process. Keep in mind this is an old resort but well maintained. Room is spacious, basic amenities are okay & functioning except weird-sound air conditioned. Stayed in a renovated room, it was clean but not clean enough, hopefully there’ll be an improvement later on. Price wise is affordable
