The staff at this hotel are amazing! You can tell they genuinely love their jobs and are just meant to be in hospitality. Two extraordinary individuals stuck out to my family and I - Sarina merz - front desk and Sophia Armandine - host. Thank you for the excellent Germany experience and warm hospitality daily. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Due to the pandemic we had to cancel other New Year's Eve plans and chose to stay a bit closer to home. This was an excellent choice! Unfortunately I can't attest to the salon, spa, or pool (all are off our to-do list until Germany's numbers are down), but everything else about this hotel was amazing. Everyone spoke excellent English, were very accommodating, and the restaurant requires a review all its' own (magnificent!!). If we had to find anything that didn't deserve a five-star rating, it would be the streaming service (lost Netflix connection frequently), however, everything else at this hotel made up for that. You couldn't ask for a better location; it's across the street from the Hauptbahnhof, and one block away from more shopping than you can do in a day! Every hotel in the world should offer an ”Olaf”! Olaf is the most outstanding of this hotel's very service-oriented staff; he is everywhere you need him to be right when you need him there!! If we owned a hotel chain, we would be trying to hire him away from the Graf Zeppelin - he's that good!! This hotel also has an elegant cigar bar. Although I'm not into cigars, it's so elegant that I did not mind accompanying my husband there. My husband's exact words were ”this place has the very best cigars I've ever tried, and an exquisite class of whiskey!” And thanks to Olaf, our preferred table was reserved in the restaurant and in the cigar bar every evening; We will definitely return to this hotel! Oh, I forgot to mention.......we've traveled a lot and have been in a lot of hotels; this was the first that offered a WALK-IN closet with ample storage storage! The two sinks in the bathroom, both a tub AND a shower were also a plus....comforts of home! (We were in a junior suite)

Das Zimmer war mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet. Wegen dem Fehlen einer Klimaanlage kann es im Sommer heiss werden. Dank der ausgezeichneten Doppelverglasung war es ruhig und ich habe gut geschlafen. Nettes Personal.

這個飯店有兩個優點：位置、早餐；這也是我再回來的原因。 但是這次我德瑞旅行中，很可惜的感覺不會很好。 最重要的是櫃臺有一個中年帶眼睛的矮個男子，我覺得他有一點種族岐視（他會拿你的英文來開玩笑），我們應該善待旅行者，更何況我們是來付錢的。 我覺得很可惜，一個好好的飯店，一個好好的旅行，會讓人失望難過，連早餐的光彩都暗淡了。 很難過的說；我不會再去一個種族歧視的飯店了。

我們在這裏停下來帶孩子去梅賽德斯博物館。這不是一個大型活動週末,所以該地區真的死了。酒店接待處很友好,但只有1人在辦公桌旁,所以似乎總是忙着排隊。浴室功能齊全,乾淨,但有4個人住在房間裏,沐浴露和廁所卷都跑出來了,因爲他們沒有完全補充物品。我理解整個綠色的東西,但至少在那裏放了足夠的洗漱用品。像這樣的簡單小事不應該要求我們不得不追問工作人員要這些。特別是希爾頓品牌。另一個奇怪的是廁所在酒店房間門口有自己的房間。那太好了,但是沒有洗手池。你必須走遍整個房間才能到浴室洗手。我們還在樓下的餐廳吃飯。它對你盤子裏的每一個東西都要收費。實際上,魚的一份單份是15歐元(約合150克),盤子裏沒有其他東西。如果你想買一面,就得付錢。和小牛肉一樣。每一件你加到盤子裏的東西都是額外的成本。工作人員很好,但定價制度是荒唐可笑的。我們愚蠢地遵循了對餐館的tripadvisor評論,這個地方已經死了。我們應該在戶外的運動酒吧吃東西,那裏的氛圍可能與食物的水平相同。誰知道呢。唯一的可取之處是,由於我們的俱樂部會員身份,我們從這家餐館得到了一些折扣。我們只在這裏住了一晚,所以作爲一個乾淨的功能性酒店就足夠了。

The bed mattress firm and comfortable. Rooms are spacious and well setup. The staff are friendly. The breakfast has good filter coffee and sparkling water on tap. I slept really well last night and likely will again tomorrow.

我們到得很晚，迪米特里（接待處）很友善地幫我們停車。我們很快就拿起行李，然後梅麗莎引導我們辦理了登機手續。我們的房間裡有兩張獨立的床，我們回去時要求升級一張大床 - 瞧，他們做到了。總的來說，我們的住宿很輕鬆，服務也很好。會推薦給其他旅行者。

Excellent service at the front desk and breakfast , other services I didn't use - hotel is very well located. Rooms are functional and very stylish - wonderful view and cosy. I found a very personal note in my room from the room manager. I met the hotel director Mr. Welti. He lives an excellent hospitality - congratulations!

You’ll never find nicer people working in a hotel than the people here. And the rooms are great. Perfect bed. I have neck pain since a couple of weeks and last night was the first time I slept pain free! The pillows are fluffy, the coffee machine is great - the location. I don’t know what else to say to make it sound real :) but I’ve been here a few times now and I never regret it. Funny how other hotels here in the city are ranked on the same level but the rooms are way below the standard of Jaz and the staff doesn’t compare.
