un-pleasant smell from bathroom and tired for running over to front desk for complain and checked out any alternative for change room . Due to full occupancy and no way to change made us un- happy stay and exhausted.

Gorgeous hotel in a great location. The rooms are spacious and full of the expected Indigo special touches. The addition of the garden courtyard really sets this one ahead of some of the other IHG hotels we’ve stayed in.

This place is a maze. They put me in a ‘Georgian’ room across an open courtyard which I could never find again without difficulty. The room was ground floor and gave straight into the Main Street. Curtains have to be closed all the time or you are sitting in an open cell. At 5.00 am after a remarkably uncomfortable night I had the pleasure of hearing the rubbish trucks pull up about eight feet from where is Kay in bed. Nor could I always find the way out and at one point when I asked (in one the bars, which are kind open plan on the ground floor, making the wayfinding thoroughly confusing, the staff laughed at me and said “There’s no way out.”Frankly appalling. I just stayed one night as I was hoping to experience a touch of Ian Schrager luxe in Stratford Upon Avon but it was nothing like, despite being doubtless the priciest hotel in the town centre by a Warwickshire mile. Avoid!

This hotel is excellent. The staff are amazing, nothing is too much trouble and they are all very friendly whilst also being professional. Everywhere was immaculately clean. Bedroom was great ( could have done with some extra hooks for hanging coats though). The bar areas and restaurants are all beautifully presented and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, a good selection of continental self service and you order cooked breakfast which arrives at your table freshly cooked. Great outdoor courtyard. The best drinks glasses we have ever had in a hotel room. The hotel is centrally located in Stratford so very handy for shopping and eating /drinking out. I thought the only downside was the daily parking of £12.50 which I think is a little excessive but I may be out of touch. I can’t praise this hotel enough and it would be my first choice to stay again in Stratford.

We stayed here for the 1st in 2022 and loved. The combination of traditional (Tudor era) and modern decor is beautiful. Bar and hotel staff are amazing and it’s just a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The idea of staying at the Indigo again this year made it the trip so much more enjoyable!! We will stay again next year.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say, it was an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The room I stayed in was beautiful. The attention to detail in the decor and the comfortable furnishings left me in awe. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were impeccable, and I was pleased to see the high level of hygiene maintained throughout the hotel. One of the standout features of this hotel is undoubtedly the dining experience. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering a wide array of delicious options to suit every palate. The quality of the food was exceptional, and the presentation was a testament to the chef's skill and creativity. The on-site restaurant also offered a delectable dinner menu that left me craving for more. I also want to mention the prime location of the hotel, which was convenient for leisure travelers. Many local attractions was easily accessible from the hotel. Also, Wifi speed was very good. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel was nothing short of perfect. It was a truly memorable experience.

We booked two rooms through ******* and the hotel put us into the only two rooms where the air conditioning was not working. They provided a fan which blew the warm air around but was pretty ineffective. The staff knew the a/c was broken but didn’t deem to inform us at check-in. Sharp practice and I would have expected much better from IHG.

Nothing to fault. I had one of the best nights sleep in a Hotel. would stay again and not hesitate to recommend. good position, convenient for everything. just a short 5 minute wallk to the Shakespeare Theatre.
