房間非常美，酒店內有停車場，開車到佛羅倫薩很方便，推薦自駕去佛羅倫薩住這裏

酒店乾淨，服務也不錯，我們一早提前寄存了行李就出門玩了，晚上9點多才回來辦理入住，被告知，行李都已經幫我們搬到房間了。早餐很豐盛，且服務人員非常友好。酒店住着也挺安靜。酒店離火車站，T2車站都很近，在新聖母大殿附近，周圍還有SMN香水品牌的店，總之，滿意！

優點：我們入住時，有人幫我們搬行李到房間，第一晚還免費送了一瓶酒和兩小瓶水。 位置靠近 S.M. Novella 車站和公車站非常完美。 早餐是四星級標準，而且我在 3 家不同的酒店吃過的食物味道都差不多，所以沒什麼好抱怨的。 缺點：淋浴水壓真的很小，房間裡的加熱器不工作，第一晚的體驗結束後，第二天早上我們問前台是否可以幫我們檢查一下，但結果發現淋浴水壓真的很小，如果測量值從最低 1 到最高 5，那麼水壓肯定是 1。所以我們不確定他們是否派人來檢查，但有一點可以肯定，在那之後他們再也沒有更新過，加熱器開關仍然和我投訴之前一樣。真的很冷。 有一天晚上大約 7 點到 8 點，因為酒店實際上位於一條小巷裡，而且有點暗，所以有一個人可疑地跟著我們，我們幾乎是跑回酒店，當我們跑的時候，他也加快了速度，所以最好不要獨自走回酒店，這真的很可怕。 總體而言，位置和早餐都很好。我認為服務有待改進。

Villa Tortorelli is a charming mix between a bed-and-breakfast and a hotel. My experience here was mostly positive, and while there were a few minor issues, I could tell that the staff genuinely does their best to run the villa as smoothly as possible. Check-in & First Impressions The first thing to note is that the villa is designed to work with automated check-in processes, which is great for most travelers. However, it could be better explained to future guests to avoid any confusion. Not everyone will have a working phone or data plan when they arrive in Italy, and it’s important for the villa to have a backup plan in case guests are unable to connect. One simple suggestion would be to provide Wi-Fi access at the entrance of the villa and share the network name and password with guests before their arrival. This would make it easier for everyone to access the automated system without any issues. Room & Comfort I stayed in the Deluxe Suite, located on the first floor of a three-story villa, right next to the breakfast room. At first, I was concerned about noise, but the thick, heavy door completely blocked any sounds from the breakfast area. I never heard a thing in the morning. The room has blackout curtains that provide great privacy and darkness, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was newly renovated with luxury finishes, including stone walls that give it a high-end feel. The room was clean, and the daily housekeeping service kept everything spotless, with fresh towels replaced daily. One of the standout features of Villa Tortorelli is Karen, the person in charge of breakfast service and housekeeping. She is incredibly attentive and hardworking. She ensures that guests are well taken care of, and the breakfast is always well-prepared and served hot. Honestly, if they lose Karen, the villa would lose two stars in reviews. She is one of their greatest assets. Breakfast Experience The breakfast service was excellent. The food is prepared fresh every morning, and Karen makes sure there is always a variety of hot and cold options available. The breakfast room is cozy and inviting, with plenty of choices to start your day off right. The Villa’s Atmosphere & Location The villa is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making it a relaxing place to stay. It’s also within walking distance of all the major tourist attractions in Florence, which makes it very convenient for exploring the city. One Minor Issue The only negative point during my stay was that the room felt quite cold when I first arrived. However, I reached out to the WhatsApp help service, and the heating system was adjusted quickly. Within a short time, the room felt much warmer and more comfortable. Final Thoughts Overall, Villa Tortorelli is a great option for those looking for a peaceful, well-located stay in Florence. The automated check-in system could use some improvement to avoid any potential issues for guests without a data plan, but aside from that, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the staff is very attentive. Would I stay here again? Yes, especially for Karen’s service and the peaceful villa atmosphere!

酒店就在火車站邊上，走幾步就到了。太方便了。 24小時前台，非常安全。 房間不大，但是足夠了，設施齊全。很乾凈，及時打掃。 前台熱情地介紹各種細節：早餐，門卡，去主要景點的路線，等等，非常感謝！ 早餐非常棒！早餐團隊的漂亮姐姐熱情打招呼，做咖啡，忙來忙去，井井有條，贊！ 最後一天把行李寄存在酒店，下午來取然後去乘火車。取行李的時候前台大叔非常友善，主動告訴説樓下有洗手間可以用。確實外面找洗手間困難？ 熱情的哥兒們ousman説何不把我的感受寫下來跟其他人分享，看到什麼就寫什麼，我覺得他説的對，其他人可能需要真實感受的訊息。我來之前選酒店花了些時間，看來選對了。 再次感謝，我這次是very enjoy😀😀

地點很好，距離車站7分鐘，距離Uhutzi博物館10分鐘，但沒有飯店的招牌，所以很難找！雖然我站在10米外，但來來回回都找不到。我按了對講機，把它打開，上了三樓，終於辦理了入住手續。房間很可愛，當我告訴他們我一大早要出去吃早餐時，他們靈活地回應說：“你可以讓早餐店給你做，並在前一天送到。”提供淋浴設施、冰箱和瓶裝水。當您離開房間並上一層時，您會發現一個共用露台，可以欣賞古城屋頂的景色。如果入住順利的話，這是一個非常好的住宿。

地理位置很好，周邊景點步行都很方便，晚上比較安靜完全不影響睡眠。停車場就在酒店邊上，由於國外信號弱，導航系統會比實際駕車的速度慢，且市區內道路狹窄，自駕導航要慢一些開，否則很容易在酒店周邊兜圈子

酒店環境很典雅寧靜，衛生也很好，地點亦非常之方便 2位接侍員Gabriele 跟 Armando 都非常之熱心有禮，在我這個發生了意外身受重傷需要在酒店休息等侍保險團隊幫我安排事而的時候，我大多時間都在酒店，無論是在酒店的需要或是在那邊有超市有藥房，到check out 需要call 車，以致我放在巴黎酒店的行李箱該如何處理方式，他們2個都一一提供方法為我解決了，這其實可以說是他們份外的事了，我對他們感覺就是他們把客人都當成是朋友一樣，非常之熱誠，比起我在巴黎的體驗好太多了 雖然我這次因為發生了意外取消了餘下行程，但我會在我康復之後我會再次回到佛羅倫斯去完成我跟媽媽未完的旅程，我必然會再次選擇這家有著出色接侍員的酒店

因為我訂的是單人房，所以床有點不舒服。我想換成雙人房，願意額外支付8歐元，但兩次嘗試都沒有空房。單人床睡起來有點不舒服，讓我全身酸痛。我想如果是雙人房的話應該就完全沒問題了，但現在這樣我有點背痛。早餐很美味，員工非常有禮貌專業，地理位置也很理想。我以後不會再訂單人間了，但我覺得這間房很棒，設施也很棒，服務也很周到，我住得很開心。我肯定會再次入住，但不會再訂單人間了。房間很小，但位置很好，我對員工、早餐和其他一切都很滿意，除了床不太舒服。這間房間唯一的問題是燈光昏暗，他們可能是為了節省電費，所以我買了一個100瓦的燈泡裝到燈座上，因為房間太暗了，我根本看不清東西，沒法看書，也沒法正常活動。他們把燈泡換成了一個瓦數很低的燈泡，說實話，我覺得他們是為了省錢。所以，你買個75瓦的燈泡，等你離開房間，他們打掃完之後，就把原來的燈泡換成他們那個劣質燈泡。而且，飯店只有幾個英語電視頻道，全是新聞，沒有電影。不過我還是會再入住，因為我喜歡這家飯店的主題、氣氛和員工。
