We stayed in the Bellavista Suite and it was spacious and very stylishly decorated. The weather was very hot but the AC worked very well. I noticed from other reviews that people commented on the mosquitoes - it should be recognised that there are mosquitoes in Florence in the summer! There were plug-in repellents with minimal trouble. The room service staff were excellent and the reception team (particularly Alessandra) was very friendly and helpful. It was a wonderful stay - and would highly recommend!

I wish I had found this wonderful establishment sooner. Excellent location matched by its excellent offering. Beautifully appointed, air conditioned and comfortable large suites with every facility you could want. Housekeeping duo were superb - the standard of cleanliness is truly 5*. Alessandra was so helpful with great advice and contacts and could arrange virtually anything you needed. We will return.

The location of the suite is great. The balcony view is nice. The receptionist and maid service are attentive. They are both only there during the daytime hours. You are on your own at night. The rooms are large and nice. Unfortunately, when you walk into your room, it smells like mold/mildew and they try to mask the scent with various devices and techniques. The countertops and floors are black to hide the dirt. The rooms also come with lots of mosquitoes and spiders. Make sure to check your room for bugs. Be prepared to sleep with long sleeves, pants, face mask, and gloves or you’ll be bitten by various bugs while you sleep. The mosquitoes will even bite your face. This place needs to have mosquitoes traps and be fumigated. They could plant citronella or have citronella candles burning. It was very difficult to sleep because you will be worried about bugs attacking you while sleeping. I expect bugs to be outdoors, but in your room is terrible and should be fixed. Also, the rooms are hot and the AC is super weak. It’ll take hours for your room to cool down.
