訪訪客用戶I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

訪訪客用戶very neat and clean property, nicely maintained, with swimming pool. calm and quiet location. Rooms were clean and very elegant with clean bathrooms. best thing was the breakfast buffet which had lots of variety dishes, fruits, refreshing juices, dessert with on request fresh dosa and paratha. Staff were very polite and good behaviour.

c) 你能預訂餐廳嗎,回答我忍不住。
基本上,他們根本不想在前台幫忙。
年輕接待的行爲,不感興趣解決客戶需求。

TTze Kai Chow位置還可以,靠近機場和一些購物中心。Wifi很好,工作人員非常有禮貌和樂於助人。食物也還可以,希望下次有時間嘗試他們的spa。

訪訪客用戶The room was comfortable, and the food was delicious, however, the staff was laid back. Had to call them multiple times to get an in-room dining menu. Even the key card given to me was de-activated and had to come down again to get a new one.

YYAQIN早餐種類很多，食物很新鮮，位於機場附近，去市裡略遠，可以坐嘟嘟車，體會一下印度的擁擠，酒店可以叫出租車，但是價錢是自己叫的兩倍以上

訪訪客用戶Not a 4 star level hotel. No one to take the luggage to the room, not even guiding where the room is. ”Here is your key, thank you”.
Bathroom doors in the room dont have locks from outside so they stay open all the time, our bathroom was full of foul smell, cockroach, and bad lighting. Though after we requested they changed our room, the later one was better. But definitely not a 4 star hotel.
