Room full of mosquitoes Dead mosquitoes on the floor on the bed Worst there is a syndicate among house keeping to open lap top bags and steal money Indeed disappointing All staff only looking for tips Service at a price Don’t get fooled by the smile Be vigilant not to leave money Indeed a shame My money was stolen I checked with other guest they also told me thier money was stolen Would suggest not to stay there even free of charge

Great hotel and location.  Very friend staff . Big and clean rooms.

brekafast good, food good, location good, but one reception not helpful asked three questions. a) can i have an extra key, answer i can' help. b) can you call a taxi for me, answer i can't help. c) can you make a restaurant reservation, answer i can't help. basically they do not want to help at all at the front counter. behavior of young reception , not interested to resolve customers needs.

They actually do not care about families, they have people living since ages so if you are coming with your family and wish to have stress free few days they will make sure that you don't have, especially the on duty manager stephen and the front desk guy shubhankar, they don't know how to talk to customers, probably cause they are so "overlooked" with the guests, they do not care about your complains They put us in a room with broken dishwasher that got choked up Next the room jet was not working The door lock not working .later at night they shifted us to a room that was not clean full of dust , rusted rice cooker Rusted knife, they just don't care Only people who care are the floor girl gauri and the watchman, rest all management has made our trip really for forgetful And I know this one review won't do anything but this is their truth they don't care about Indian guests and only cater to foreigners

Je suis resté dans cet hôtel 4 mois pour le travail. C’était ma première fois en Inde et j’ai très bien été accueilli par le staff de l’hôtel. La chambre avec terrasse est parfaite, le lit est très confortable et la terrasse est grande. La nourriture est très bonne également. Le service est très bien, mention spéciale pour le serveur Honey qui est très souriant et efficace. Je recommande!

部屋の整備は満足している。 朝食は蒸し野菜か有れば良いと思う。 WiFiはオンライン会議や動画視聴は問題ない。

Mi estancia en este hotel ha sido de tres meses, la experiencia ha sido maravillosa. El personal es fantástico, siempre atento y con una sonrisa, han solucionado cualquier duda que he tenido y lo más importante me he sentido en casa con una pequeña familia india. La responsable de relaciones con los clientes Pirayeh Najibi, siempre ha estado atenta para ver como me sentía y si necesitaba algo, el hotel es muy cómodo, esta en una zona muy buena de Pune y la comida es estupenda, tanto los platos indios como los internacionales. Totalmente recomendable.
