Extremely bad service. Every day need to call and ask for the basic like towels, shower cap, brush etc
There was cockroaches in the room he didn't said to change room. The person Just come up with spray.
We requested to change room around 2:00am at night

We dropped my daughter's milk bottle and found layers Of dust under the bed.

They use very old towels with holes/torn.
We stayed four days the breakfast was every day almost the same.
The staff don't monitor what is happening in the breakfast area. . Even though some pots the food was at bottom.
The bathroom was very bad to use specially the shower.
Air conditioning wasn't enough cool. Might be they set temperature set about 24 degrees
We use bottle water. We can't carry bottle while taking food in food. So we choose one table and kept bottle and went to bring food. One family came straight away seat on table and removed bottle and asked to seat somewhere. Which is embarrassing for us. Those people must have some manners.
The staff must monitor what's going in dinning area.
Hotel staff wasn't professional.
