尋找柏林 4 星級飯店

整體來說非常滿意，服務人員很親切，早餐很豐盛，走路2分鐘有地鐵站，走路約10分鐘有許多百貨商場可以逛街

I stayed at the nhow Hotel Berlin with friends for 6 nights around New Year's. While there were some positive aspects, overall, the experience felt quite inconsistent for a 4-star hotel. The positives: - The room was clean, and the beds were comfortable. - Soundproofing between the rooms was good. - The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were numerous issues that detracted from the experience: - Reservation Mix-Up: I had specifically requested two single beds instead of a double bed, but this was not reflected in the room assignment upon arrival. - Missing Amenities: Basic items in a hotel like bathrobes and slippers were missing from the room, and we were told to order them via room service. Unfortunately, the app didn’t work, and no one at the reception answered the phone despite multiple attempts on different days. - Light and Noise Issues: While the rooms were soundproofed well from other rooms, we could hear everything happening in the hallway. Additionally, there was a gap under the door, letting light from the corridor into the room at night, which made it impossible to have complete darkness. - Wellness Area: The wellness area was underwhelming. There was no jacuzzi, only a sauna and a hammam, and the hammam was out of service. The gym locker room lights stopped working after a certain time, and towels were unavailable later in the day. - Misleading Information: A brochure in the room mentioned that phone chargers were available via room service. However, we were told at the reception that these were no longer provided for free and had to be purchased for €20. While the hotel wasn’t bad overall, these recurring small issues added up and left us feeling that the service didn’t meet the expectations for a 4-star establishment. It’s a shame because we did enjoy our stay to some extent, but the lack of attention to detail was disappointing. If I return to Berlin, I won’t rule out staying here again, but I’ll definitely check other options first.

Funky hotel with its own cafe/bar for casual passers by. Downside was a noisy tram line outside - but with strong double glazing - you just need to close the window! Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

1. 步行不到 15 分鐘即可到達 S-Bahn 火車站（包括機場路線），往返機場約一小時。最經濟的旅行方式。是的，有電梯可供行李、嬰兒車、輪椅等使用。 2.地點整體還可以，很喜歡這裡的住宅環境，比較安靜。 3.房間整體來說，清潔度令人滿意。智慧電視、過時的收音機（CD、卡帶），我不介意整天播放爵士樂。床很舒服，枕頭一般般。 4.有很多策略性的電源插座，但不方便使用，所有插頭都是當地的圓形插頭，通常的國際旅行插頭無法插入。 5. 安全性良好，透過房間鑰匙進入電梯，安裝了閉路電視，下班後必須使用房間鑰匙進入大廳門， 6. 接待人員整體看起來很嚴肅，有些很友好，面帶微笑並打招呼。管家先生很友善。 7.淋浴水壓和水溫都很大，一定要稍微往內一點，不然水會從淋浴間噴出來。 8. 最後，冷氣壞了，接待處聲稱冷氣可能壞了，可以免費借用一台風扇。我沒有要求，在房間裡時我的窗戶一直半開著，因為天氣仍然很好，溫度在攝氏 10-20 度左右。我敢打賭夏天一定不會那麼理想。

地理位置還可以，房間也還行，但是柏林有兩個名字一模一樣的酒店，地址不一樣，很容易搞錯的。我們同事就搞錯了，跑到另外一個酒店了。我和酒店反饋了，酒店説很多人都反應這個問題，但是他們覺得無所謂，誰叫客人不看清楚酒店地址。酒店這個態度是有問題的，雖説地址可以區別兩個酒店，但是酒店取名字不應該造成誤解，在明知道已經造成很大誤解的前提下，還在繼續理直氣壯的造成誤解。下次不會再住了。

酒店環境優雅舒適，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。交通便利，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，都能輕鬆到達目的地。服務人員熱情周到，他們的專業服務讓人感到温馨，大大提升了住宿體驗。總體來説，這是一家值得推薦的酒店。

位置非常好，不過停車位不太容易預訂上，周邊因為挨着Uber Plaza，所以停車位不太容易找，可以停到旁邊Eastside Mall，封頂10歐。酒店環境和早餐都不錯。旁邊就是東邊畫廊，非常不錯的位置。

位置便利，空間寬敞，但有些細節需要注意 這次入住柏林柏林酒店，整體體驗不錯，特別想把幾個重點分享給大家。 優點： · 地理位置絕佳：離柏林中央車站（Berlin Hbf）走路約15分鐘，附近也有巴士站和地鐵站，去到各個景點都很方便。而且附近很多超市和餐廳，酒店自身也有餐廳，完全不愁吃喝。 · 房間空間寬敞乾淨：四人入住還能輕鬆放下2個28吋和2個30吋行李箱，空間表現很不錯。房間打掃得非常乾淨衞生。 需留意的地方： · 全自助式入住：這間酒店採用的是全自助入住和退房，沒有前台人員幫忙。 · 沒有提供飲用水：房間內沒有附免費瓶裝水，需要自己準備。 · 燈光偏暗：房間內的主光源比較不足，如果對光線要求較高的話可能會有點不習慣。 總結： 如果你不介意全自助入住，也能接受昏暗燈光這個小缺點，以它的地理位置、生活機能和房間寬敞度來說，CP值還是相當高的！

在攜程訂的這家柏林酒店，地理位置就交通方面還是比較便捷的，附近有連鎖超市，各類食肆也比較多，德國大城市有的問題這裏也略有可見，但問題不大。我們入住的3人房空間還是比較寬敞的，床品乾爽舒適，衞浴間也有乾濕分離。備有淋浴用品和毛巾，但牙刷牙膏拖鞋記得要自備哦。雖然酒店沒有空調，但這裏晚上的氣温很低很舒適，晚上睡覺還需要蓋棉被。整體來説還是不錯的，很滿意。
