AAndreaWir waren jetzt schon zum wiederholten Mal im nhow Hotel und sind jedes Mal begeistert! Die Zimmer sind nicht nur stylisch und modern, sondern bieten auch einen richtig tollen Ausblick auf die Oberbaumbrücke und die Spree – einfach mega! (Muss man allerdings auf kleinen Aufpreis buchen) 🤩 Die Atmosphäre im Hotel ist einzigartig, und der Service lässt keine Wünsche offen. Immer wieder gerne!

Walk 7 minutes in one direction and you are at Checkpoint Charlie. Walk 10 mins in the other direction and you are at the Mall of Berlin. Walk 20 mins in another direction and you are in the Museum area of Berlin. Loads of restaurants, supermarkets and stores right next door to the apartment. Wonderful location. Can walk everywhere, plus the subway station is right outside.
Room
Large. Clean. It's a studio apartment, so in one room you will have your bed, sofa, coffee table, desk, wardrobe and TV. Then in another room you will have your kitchen and another room is your bathroom.
Bedroom
Bed is comfortable, but for some reason, despite having a 1 double bed, the duvets supplied were for 2 single beds, rather than one big bed.
Plug sockets near the beds are useful, but they are not VERY near, but close enough.
The room is large and clean.
The TV is small and because of the size of the room, it's almost hard to see. Yes it's on a wheeled table so you can bring it closer to the bed, but the power cord limits the range of movement. It is a Smart TV though so you can cast your android phone to it. Not iOS
There is a balcony area with tables and chairs which is nice.
The AC is wall mounted as if it was a TV. It did cool the room which is surprising as the room is big.
Bathroom
Super clean. Towels and such changed daily. It's a bathtub with a shower combined. And now I am going to be SUPER picky when I say this......do NOT let this impact your decision to stay here or not, but the water pressure is good but not great. But that may be because I like to feel like the water is really shooting at my skin. Also, the shower head holder kept sliding down. Annoying, ever so slightly, but not a deal breaker
Kitchen
So useful. It's a large kitchen with a fridge plus freezer. Induction hob with 2 rings. Sink, dishwasher. Plates, bowls, cups, tea saucers and cups, cutlery, cooking pots, frying pans, utensils for them, cutlery for eating, kitchen knives, tea towels, sieves... all great and all provided. There was one review that said it only offered 1 plate set.... we had several and it was very very useful.
Laundry
The apartment has a laundry room. 3 washing machines, 3 drying units, an ironing board and good steam iron. Even the powder is provided and having a laundry room was super useful. It's on -1 floor of the West side of the building.
Breakfast
The breakfast room, on the 8th floor does have an amazing view, and the room is lovely - everything is white with stone-coloured chairs, super clean... as if designed by Apple
It's a half-buffet style, cereal, pastry, cheese, and cured meats are all help yourself. Eggs, tea and coffee are on request. I didn't like this. The staff are wonderful and very polite and well trained, but, for me, I prefer less interaction and would have preferred a full buffet-style where I can help myself to whatever I wanted without having to ask.
Gym and Sauna
Also on the 8th floor. The gym has wonderful views, there is a seated bike, treadmill, rowing machine, weight bench and some dumbbells. Max weight was 10kg for the dumbbells so really its more of a cardio room.
Service.
We arrived around 11pm, but reception is not open. You have to scan a QR code, fill in all your details, upload a photo of your passport.... then wait after it successfully registers you you can open the doors. Or you can pop into the security office where the guy will hand you a key. Much easier, but you are not explicitly told.
But, the service is good here. Everyone is very polite, very helpful, all speak English. Cannot fault them at all. Just wish the reception was 24 hours
The location is great, the room is large and clean, the laundry room is useful and the gym and breakfast room have great views. It is expensive which is the only hesitant thing about returning here, but it is comparable in price to other similar hotels but here you get a much larger room with a kitchen. Great stay!

EetRlo1. 步行不到 15 分鐘即可到達 S-Bahn 火車站（包括機場路線），往返機場約一小時。最經濟的旅行方式。是的，有電梯可供行李、嬰兒車、輪椅等使用。
2.地點整體還可以，很喜歡這裡的住宅環境，比較安靜。
3.房間整體來說，清潔度令人滿意。智慧電視、過時的收音機（CD、卡帶），我不介意整天播放爵士樂。床很舒服，枕頭一般般。
4.有很多策略性的電源插座，但不方便使用，所有插頭都是當地的圓形插頭，通常的國際旅行插頭無法插入。
5. 安全性良好，透過房間鑰匙進入電梯，安裝了閉路電視，下班後必須使用房間鑰匙進入大廳門，
6. 接待人員整體看起來很嚴肅，有些很友好，面帶微笑並打招呼。管家先生很友善。
7.淋浴水壓和水溫都很大，一定要稍微往內一點，不然水會從淋浴間噴出來。
8. 最後，冷氣壞了，接待處聲稱冷氣可能壞了，可以免費借用一台風扇。我沒有要求，在房間裡時我的窗戶一直半開著，因為天氣仍然很好，溫度在攝氏 10-20 度左右。我敢打賭夏天一定不會那麼理想。

JJamesthekatFunky hotel with its own cafe/bar for casual passers by. Downside was a noisy tram line outside - but with strong double glazing - you just need to close the window! Excellent location by the U Bhan with other food places a stones throw away. Recommend a visit to ‘Kaschk’ a craft beer venue just around the corner 🍻

The location is spot-on (just a short walk from Alexanderplatz), making it easy to explore the city. The hotel has a modern, youthful vibe. The communal spaces are lively and social, with fun touches like game tables, a gym, and a bar.
The staff were friendly, upbeat, and genuinely helpful, always ready with tips or just a warm hello. My room was clean, quiet, and well laid out. I especially loved the Nespresso machine, cozy bedding, and the sleek wet-room shower design. Breakfast had good variety, and it was handy that luggage storage was included.
This is a perfect choice for travelers who want style and ease, without sacrificing quality.

訪訪客用戶旅館的位置可説是得天獨厚，從亞歷山大廣場站北邊出來，面前最高的那棟藍色板樓就是，目測200米的距離，這一點對初來乍到從機場乘火車進城的旅客來説挺重要的，因為免去了倒車的麻煩。另外從旅館步行即可一路向西溜達到柏林的精華所在—-博物館島，繼續往前還可以一直走到國會大廈，可以説是極方便了。旅館周邊是個小商圈，樓下有家亞洲超市，旁邊幾步之遙還有一間百貨公司。 缺點是樓太高了，高峯期可能需要排隊等電梯，另外就是因為樓高房間多的緣故，感覺浴缸的下水不是很通暢，不過總體説來，衞生做得很乾凈，另外還是樓高的緣故，風景很好，完全不必再去其他地方花錢找所謂rooftop 看風景了。

匿匿名用戶地理位置還可以，房間也還行，但是柏林有兩個名字一模一樣的酒店，地址不一樣，很容易搞錯的。我們同事就搞錯了，跑到另外一個酒店了。我和酒店反饋了，酒店説很多人都反應這個問題，但是他們覺得無所謂，誰叫客人不看清楚酒店地址。酒店這個態度是有問題的，雖説地址可以區別兩個酒店，但是酒店取名字不應該造成誤解，在明知道已經造成很大誤解的前提下，還在繼續理直氣壯的造成誤解。下次不會再住了。

訪訪客用戶令人失望...我們來這裏六年多,無縫下降。晚上是桑拿被忽視,沒有人來補充毛巾和水杯,更別說“裝修”意味着把冰箱移除,冰箱過去在桑拿後提供免費軟飲料和瓶裝水。只是兩種茶(如果能維持那四種紅茶就等於四種茶...)。桑拿溫度沒人控制了,有一天脆熱,上次可以在...裏面睡着了
房間不能加熱,只是冷卻。如果試圖關閉空調,可以t,他們需要大樓業主的批准才能改變整個酒店的設定溫度。上次他們給我們提供了一個加熱器,現在我們必須換房間額外收費。
所有員工似乎都對投訴不知所措,除了道歉,沒有什麼可以換取浪費時間和金錢...
房間鑰匙並不總是在電梯或地板上工作。桑拿的額外編碼不時起作用。
工作人員不知所措,房間訂單來得很晚或根本不來。沒有任何咖啡套餐。

GGiuseppe PTR我最近去柏林旅行時入住了新弗里茨酒店 (Hotel Neuer Fritz)，體驗非常好。地理位置優越是它的一大亮點：位於市中心，俯瞰施普雷河，距離博物館島和亞歷山大廣場僅幾步之遙。非常適合那些想步行或乘坐公共交通工具遊覽柏林的旅客。房間乾淨舒適，設施齊全。儘管位於繁華地段，飯店卻很安靜。前台工作人員熱情友好，樂於助人。

訪訪客用戶在攜程訂的這家柏林酒店，地理位置就交通方面還是比較便捷的，附近有連鎖超市，各類食肆也比較多，德國大城市有的問題這裏也略有可見，但問題不大。我們入住的3人房空間還是比較寬敞的，床品乾爽舒適，衞浴間也有乾濕分離。備有淋浴用品和毛巾，但牙刷牙膏拖鞋記得要自備哦。雖然酒店沒有空調，但這裏晚上的氣温很低很舒適，晚上睡覺還需要蓋棉被。整體來説還是不錯的，很滿意。
