Open floor plan includes a kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Fully equipped for meal preparation, the kitchen is stocked with mixer, smoothie blender, toaster, microwave, crock-pot, coffee pot (Keurig Duo) and most anything else you need. The large island makes meal prep convenient and has bar stools for easy entertaining. The dining area provides seating for six. Our home is tastefully decorated with seaside colors and themes. Ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room. Blinds in all windows and room darkening curtains in bedrooms. Bedding, linens and towels provide a spa resort feel, not commercial laundry service provisions. Bedrooms each have flat screen smart TVs and a 50" model for the living room. The HUGE covered deck on the side of the building has two chairs and loveseat with cushions, a large slate tile coffee table and two reclining loungers. There is also a large table and chairs to enjoy meals, snacks or play cards or board games when the weather allows. A charcoal grill is available (located under the building). Just roll out to the side yard, safely away from building and grill fresh fish from your catch or local market! This oversized, 4000 sq. foot multifamily building is split into three totally separate townhomes. Each of which lives as a separate house-- very quiet, private and the best part of all is that you have THREE MILES OF PRIVATE BEACHFRONT -- many days, it’s all completely to yourself-- 50 steps from your front porch. As we all know, this just does not exist in many places anymore. And I don't just mean blah, blah, beachfront, I mean a beautiful beachfront that's an adult’s, as well as a kid’s paradise. Kids and dogs run free, all of which can be watched over from the large, private front porch, holding a drink in hand and nap ‘round the corner. Just look at my pictures. I have grandchildren and there is no, I repeat no place, they would rather be than at the beach house at St. Teresa. We go as often as we can- which is why anytime it's not rented, we’re there. Another year or two and I will stop renting it again. There’s a reason why there are only 3 or 4 rentals on all of St. Teresa Beach- it’s priceless. Go see for yourself. You'll go back, I promise.
